Himpunan Kebangkitan Rakyat rally

himpJanuary 12th 2PM-5PM it will be held at the Merdeka stadium instead of Bukit Jalil as the Kuala Lumpur police chief Mohmad Salleh said the seating capacity of 100,000 as comparable to 30000.

The usual excuses from PAKATAN is too late,we have set out the sound systems,we cannot change the programmes and inform our people etc etc.

What utter rubbish can you get as the age of technology of twitter, sms, mobilephones, facebook and other social feeds are available.SORRY LAH…

The only reason is that they are afraid that Bukit Jalil will not have the impact as downtown city center and they have even put out as their places of meeting up and marching to the venue.

ISN’T THIS A PLANNED SYSTEMATIC POLITICAL PROPAGANDA TO INFORM THE WORLDS MEDIA?

WHAT’s more this has appeared at  malaysia msn.com site :-LIVE BLOG: Countdown to Himpunan Kebangkitan Rakyat Rally while others from PKR in Face BOOK have posted amongst them these:- Thousands had already gathered in KL as of now , midnite   getting ready for the Perhimpunan KL 112 tmrow … Am touched with the people spirit n struggle.

PAS “Only Now You Realise…?”

Does it take three (3) Mistakes to Make A Right? Bersih 1.0 to 2.0 to 3.0 PAS Participated but 4.o this comes out from the PAS Youth Murtamar….

“Delegates who spoke against the mooted protest when debating the motion, argued that party resources should be channeled towards facing looming polls rather than organising a mega protest”

January 12th 2013 the 4.0 Bersih, PAS youth unanimously now know that it was not in their bests interests as it will be seen as quoted from the internet portal” if we go ahead with this, people would say all we are capable of is going to the streets.”

So PAS now you know its Ambiga’s Bersih which has propelled her to NEW HEIGHTS and undisputedly a FACE which the authorities sees as person behind the protests on the streets. What’s more PAS should have known Anwar Ibrahim capitalised on this.

PAS who were making grounds and giving UMNO a run for their territory have realised their actions in joining the Bersih movement have in actual fact jeorpadised the party in more ways than one.

Even rebuttals like “But it is not our intent to frighten anyone but to continue our struggle for a clean general election ” was not entertained and unanimously the PAS Youth rejected to participate in 4.0 Bersih.

This report from a internet blog http://www.malaysiandigest.com which we extracted” Why break through the barricade? What would it have achieved? What was the objective of getting into the square?

Bersih 3.0 had already made its point – through the massive turnout. Its co-chairperson Ambiga Sreenevasen had by then called on everyone to disperse.

So why was there a group of people who still wanted to charge forward?

The reports on what actually happened have not been clear nor conclusive. Some say that PKR Deputy President Azmin incited the crowd to break the barricade. If it’s true, Azmin was behaving stupidly.

Some also say that members of PAS’s Unit Amal were among those who broke through. If it’s true, PAS needs to deal with them severely, because their action would have brought the unit a loss of respect

The party only need to consolidate and not to be UTILISED FOR SOMONE ELSE”S TARGET. Ambiga and Anwar achieved what they set out to do.

PAS A LITTLE TOO LATE AS DAMAGES ALREADY DONE…

Bersih 2.0 “Country under Siege”

The focal point for the supposedly “Illegal Rally bersih 2.0” is in the Federal Capital of Malaysia on the 9th July 2011 starting at 2.00pm. Here in Kuching Sarawak the Police are also taking steps to prevent any untoward incidents happening with Road Blocks starting from outside into the designated ‘Bersih areas ‘ of the city centres.

There will be a lot of inconveniences and a lot of unpublishable “swear words” from motorists and its mainly due to Bersih 2.0 which has the country under seige.

In the Federal Capital the Malaysian Police has advised motorists of the road closures and/or traffic diversions for the following locations:

– Along Jalan Syed Putra, Jalan Istana, Jalan Bukit Petaling, Jalan Bellamy
and the area surrounding Istana Negara (National Palace);

– Along Jalan Sultan Hishammuddin, Jalan Lembah Perdana, Jalan Chenderasari
and the area surrounding Masjid Negara (National Mosque);

– The area surrounding Dataran Merdeka, Pasar Seni, Masjid Jamek, Dataran
DBKL, Kompleks Sogo, Maju Junction, Masjid Kampung Baru, Jalan Kinabalu, Jalan
Kuching, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Sri Amar, Jalan Tuanku
Abdul Rahman, Jalan Haji Taib, Jalan Raja Muda Musa, Jalan Raja Bot, Jalan Raja
Abdullah, Jalan Dang Wangi, Jalan Munshi Abdullah, Jalan Gereja, Jalan Raja
Chulan, Jalan Tun Perak, Jalan Tun Tan Cheng Loke, Jalan Sultan Mahmud and all
nearby areas.

YOU KNOW WHO STARTED ALL THESE..

DAP “Speechless….ATHEIST OK Bah.!!”

The country’s civil servants are now taking the brunt of politicians and general public at large from trying to push their message across in terms of scholarships, race and religion.

Malaysians have grown up no doubt and while we grow up they will be many obstacles which the country will faced.  Some good laws, some obsolete laws while some needs to be revised and looked into by our parliamentarians and state legislators. 50 years for a country to put everything in order is indeed a very short time.

Not all things will be fair to the naked eye but obviously the people who implement and deliver what the policy holders deliberate must also know that there are a lot of ‘sensitive issues which must be dealt with amicably”.

Malaysia is a multi racial, multi cultural and multi religious country where Malays,Chinese,Indians,Kedazans,Ibans and other ethnic races live together and surely they will be differences but we accept that we need to live peacefully in accordance with the Federal constitution. If we move slightly away from its origin

“TROUBLE WILL ENSUE

We are not about to lecture the DAP on this issue but we need to address this issue by angling it correctly instead of politiking on it.  Yea,DAP is a political party we know and without a doubt its like scoring points 1 Up to the gallery. We all know too you are doing your job by publicising it but one must remember this is a highly sensitive issue.

Lets take up my case and see whether I make sense or not. We all were young once, brash, radical rebellious and at times uncontrollable. I do come from a staunch Catholic background and when we were young we followed everything our parents threw at us in accordance to our faith and the many no no’s which are ‘blasphemy’ if we break them. I confessed my sins every month without failed. If I did not I imagined I will be attacked by the “devil and his followers

Religious festivals, prayers were all kept in checked. Sunday Masses were a must and all attempts were made not to miss them. When the boy grew up thats me coming from overseas the boy changed to a man and started questioning. I stopped going to church on Sundays and even had a good ‘three hours session being lectured” with my uncle who was parish priest  of St Josephs at that time in 1984. He is still a Priest but now the Parish priest of Blessed Sacrement BDC in Kuching Sarawak. (you have my permission to asks him) At the end of the blistering and hard counselling I was given a chance to speak.

I said to him in front of my dad. Why should I go to Church? It doesn’t make me any holier than thou.? I also said Why was I not given a choice of religion? Why was I baptise to the faith? Then I could see the anger and the astonishment from their eyes.

My dad replied,” Oh Yeah, when you are born if we know you are going to be like that we might as well save the money spent on milk for a better purpose(Want to know the exact words. We might just as well KILL YOU or starve you and leave you for DEAD. no need to waste the duit susu  ).See whether you could be like what you are today” Today I see it. Our parents wants the bests for us. They can give us a religion to follow but in the end its up to us to CONTINUE PRACTISING IT. We have our own choices but its up to us.

As for the DAP Komtar assemblyman he is trying to do the bests for his child but it could be a genuine mistake and it also could be put right by seeing the officer in charge. We also do not know what really transpire between him and the NRD clerk on duty. Do you know what actually happen..?? Was the CCTV on??

I must say when I changed my IC earlier this year I tested the NRD lady. Of course I was cheeky and naughty and she took it. She was putting the RACE in my IC I said,” Rojak.. she said,”cannot ..how come I said mixed blood so I put Sino/Melanau.  She changed to Chinese so I took it eventhough my name had an extra name behind( ….. curious dbl click here)

{The only reason why I changed my old IC was that the immigration officer in Sabah when I entered say this is the last time we allow you to use the old IC and now we have Mycard.

I have a tendency to love to go against the system to tests it fully and I was reminded by the former Home Minister who said,”we can still use the old IC until such time it outlived its usage and will be obsolete. I remember telling the officer I am after all a Malaysian with or without a Mycard. He accepted and after trying my luck in and out of Sabah a number of times it I might just run out of LUCK and I could be turned back to Sarawak for reasons like being a ‘ bad element/hat“. So I became a good boy again. Really…!!!  :p

Next it came to Religion I put ATHEIST . { One who disbelieves or denies the existence of God or gods} She said sure or not and I said alright. She doubled checked everything before she put into the system and I asks her NICELY AND COURTEOUSLY boleh kah repeat?

I said not Atheist but a Catholic. I have a choice to lie and should even have capitalised on the system if I wanted while the little girl had no choice.Parents up and down the country will no doubt look into this matter now more seriously and carefully.

To be Speechless I don’t think so. Stand up and be Corrected.Help and assists to put it right more like it YB. We have already told you that Malaysia is still very much a young country and we need to help our civil service at times too. The laws that govern the country can be put right through the proper channels and through the Legislative houses i.e in Parliament.  The laws might be outdated and thats why you are in position to asks your colleagues in Parliament to do something about it. We told Hannah Yeoh your Selangor DAP YB too and the same goes for you.

NO USE TO BISING(shout) LIKE THIS

WE HEAR YOU…………..

Below:-The internet portal article which has created a STIR  but the Bersih 2.0 rally on the 9th July 2011 seems to have overshadowed it all.

More cases of rejected attempts by parents to register their children with the National Registration Department as ‘Anak Malaysia’ have poured in.

NONEThe latest case is that of Komtar assemblyperson Ng Wei Aik (right), who was dealt the same fate as his counterpart in Kuala Lumpur Hannah Yeoh yesterday when he registered the birth of his second daughter Ng Caryn.

Caryn, born on June 11, was registered by her parents as “Anak Malaysia” for race and “Belum Ada (none yet)” for religion.

But when the official birth certificate was issued to Ng, the two sections were written as “Chinese” for race and “Buddha” for religion.

Ng, who is political secretary to the Penang chief minister, is “speechless” that the NRD, without consultation and without his approval, has chosen the race and religion of his own child.

Rather than blaming the officer, Ng targetted his complaint squarely at NRD’s rigid system, expressing disbelief that his child was “ordained” a Buddhist when he clearly stated that she does not yet have a religion.

He was equally upset that Chinese was chosen as the child’s race instead of Anak Malaysia.

“Why should she decide this for me? This is a serious matter…why we cannot have a choice for our own children, to register them as Anak Malaysia without a religion yet,” he said.

“This is the spirit of 1Malaysia and should be encouraged. Our future generation should have the liberty and freedom to decide their own race and religion,” he added.

Appealing against NRD’s ‘unethical act’

Responding to a Malaysiakini article yesterday highlighting that the NRD issued birth certificates without the ethnicity of the child between 1996 and 2000, Ng said it was not necessary to state those two elements.

The issue of ethnicity in birth certificate registration and other official forms was raised after Yeoh, Subang Jaya MP, failed to register her daughter’s race as ‘Anak Malaysia’ earlier this month.

Like in Ng’s case, the NRD officer rejected the parents’ request and chose ‘Chinese’ as the race of their daughter Shay Adora Ram.

The NRD has clarified that the race of the child must stem from either parent in a mixed marriage and that no ‘mixed-race’ registration is allowed.

Though he recognizes that he is ethnically Chinese, Ng still thinks he should be given the choice to select his own race as Anak Malaysia.

He said he was appealing against the “unethical act” of the NRD officer who, when asked, told him that a child must be registered according to the father’s or mother’s race and religion.

“Our system is outdated and corrupt until there is no flexibility for us to decide our own faith and religion,” he said.

“I do not want to force my future generation to follow my race and religion…I do not want them to be like (those) who did not have a choice before” he added.

Idris “They are Back..”

It’s Free Gated Territory Yahoo..!!!!

No wonder the robbers and criminals are in hiding. Its the same time, same place, same tactics One month of Idris Jala’s NKRA (national key results area) show. Its measurables and results just to ensure that the country’s objectives are met. He could be out of a job soon….hik hik hik

Those living in the Samarahan areas are all inconvenient daily for the next couple of weeks. Other areas in the country are experiencing the same predicament.

There has been cars breaking down, tempers flaring, and cursing the man in blue and also Idris Jala the person/minister  who many still is convinced that he should still be working in SHELL or never left MAS instead of in the government.

Next he should introduce Touch and Go cards for those residents living in the inconvenient zones and create a separate lane.hahaha.That way BN ruling government might just win back some losts VOTES.

Maybe not, the criminal minds might just decide to even produce similar ones.

Well,you decide………………

My late journalist friend SC Chan commented

Thank goodness, those who utter racist remarks belong to a very small group, not even what I would call the minority. They do so ,if they are politics, because they are pushed to a corner or they are so obessed by deep hatred for a certain member(s) of another race after being insulted or because of outsiders’ perception of what their kind are like, which is usually not true at all. When you utter a racist remark you will be remembered for a long time. Two individuals did that, one a politician who did that many years ago, and the very people he thought he was championing rejected him so many times at the polls. Blame it on money politics? The other is one of the local politicians who think his kind no longer need other races to help them advance economically. He doesn’t know what he is talking about? His politics lacks the finese or touch of touch. There is surely a better word for cultural arrogance. Antho- centurian?

Last year I commented. I will repost what I wrote here,”Racism should be left deep in the dark waters. But unfortunately it happens everywhere. Yes, I agree it is a matter of educating the generations. It is afterall a vicious cycle & we will never be able to completely banish this disease.
Kudos to the author for daring enough in bringing his thoughts in writing.

Hiro

It seems when Najib is out of the country in his maiden speech at the UN General assembly when he said that moderates must now take centrestage instead of letting the extremists holding the world hostage by their bigotry and bias. Very well said PM Najib but unfortunatedly when you are not in town the SHIT HITS THE FAN.

What happened? Barisan Nasional leaders, minus Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin, today condemned yet another racial slur from a high ranking officer on the government payroll.

They also agreed that it had rendered another devastating blow to Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak’s 1Malaysia campaign. Muhyiddin, however, claimed to be in the dark and reserved his comments about the latest controversy.

BY THE WAY how is the investigation work on the school principals who insulted their students with racist remarks.?? Sooner or later if left unchecked it will escalate further and it may take even a different angle. Its time to clam down on this.

RACISM MUST REMAIN IN THE DUNGEONS OR ELSE WE MIGHT JUST BE IN FOR SOMETHING WHICH WE MALAYSIANS NEVER BARGAINED FOR.

Malaysians will know that we must never COMPROMISE ON RACISM. Its ugly,it scars and it hurts where even your heartbeat does not dare to venture.

Racism is not only calling names or marginalisation but it goes beyond that. My better half did comment to me that sometimes subconciously we forget that we are really ‘racist”. It only needs to be checked and tolerated.

LETS DO THIS TOGETHER SHALL WE AND SAY THIS..

To me racial lines, racial overtones, also racial “spat“ and practically a “fist in your face to prove your racial superiority” is a way back in time and the fight back for everyone has just begun

LETS SEND IT BACK TO WHERE IT BELONGS…………

I SWEAR I FEEL THE PAIN…

.

Police “Patience..??”

The lists of complaints from residents of Riveria,Tiya Vista,Midpoint,Unimas is growing longer by the day. The Kuching Police ACP Mun Kuok Keong’s has even asked the people to be patient as the setting up of road blocks has seen a drop in petty crimes. This we covered earlier:-https://audie61.wordpress.com/2010/07/09/bn-who-will-you-blame/

audie61 has also been flooded with phone calls today and with the DAP Wong King Wei requesting the Police now NOT TO set up roadblocks during Peak hours it seems that it is not GOOD ENOUGH.

IS THERE A SOLUTION…??

Surely, as audie61 thinking that the requests is heeded from 5-7 pm found out that mosts residents are only on the way home and will only reach their HOMES by 8pm. Moreover its a ROAD CONSTRUCTION AREA.

These are the pictures which was taken around 7.02 pm 13/07/10 to our disbelieve the Jam stretch all the way to Tabuan Jaya. We stop and told the Police in charge Zainuddin at around 8.13pm and he said that they are following orders and they have a job to do.

Fair enough, but the solution would be if only their colleague (a runner ) would have informed them that they have to speed up as they are holding up traffic and the HONKING is getting everyone VERY ANGRY and FRUSTRATED. (Took us more than 1 hour just to move a mere 1 Km.)

A resident even said ,”This is really Inconsiderate and too much. What happened to the COMMON-SENSE .!!” We were told by them that the opposition PKR  will be doing a Petition to move the Roadblock to another area.

Will they be able to achieve to move the roadblock away..??Will it work..?? Will the Police heed the public/residents complaints..??

We Will ALL Know as of Tomorrow……

P212..”Eight Months (8) Later..??”

Jam! Jam! Jam! The due date is only a few days away and to be precise according to the JKR board 13th may 2010. In the P212 Sibu by elections a lot of developement funds will be given and allocated by the government. No matter what, the Government is always blamed for all projects not being completed on time.

Have we ever blame the Contractors/Sub contractors on not meeting the due date and the issuse that will follow? Now Pakatan also has governments in Selangor,Penang,Kedah and Kelantan while BN has the rests of the states in Malaysia.

What needs to be done and this pictures taken today 9th May 2010 doesnt lie. Audie61 has been receiving a number of complaints from irate residents and voters of the constituencies. They ask Will JKR penalise the contractor? Can anyone i.’e. any resident affected sue the agency JKR for false implementation of completion date ?

The government is trying to solve the jam woes and if the amount of $$$$$$ allocated is mismanaged this will happen. Don’t blame the people for not voting for the candidates of the ruling government be it Pakatan or BN but blame it on the IMPLEMENTORS/GOVERNING BODY OF EACH PROJECT

THE PEOPLE/RAKYAT/VOTERS  ARE NOT FOOLS ALL THE TIME AND NOW THEY KNOW WHERE/WHO TO TURN TO WHEN THEIR NEEDS ARE NOT FULFILLED…….……….

“BIG FISH NOW PLEASE BIG MAN”

Updated:- 4.30pm DAP leader Lim Kit Siang has challenged newly-appointed Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief Abu Kassim Mohamed to show that he can lead the anti-graft body towards becoming more independent, non-partisan and professional.investigations against Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and Selangor exco member Ean Yong Hian Wah.

lim kit siang 030606In a statement today, he also told Abu Kassim that it is important for the body to attain “national and international confidence and recognition as a foremost graft buster in the league of Hong Kong’s Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC)”.

Lim also urged him to direct the Selangor police to drop the “baseless”

There is a new man at the helm at the MACC. He has received his papers from the Yang Di Pertuan Agong this morning. According to our informed newspaper source who could not interview him the new BIG MAN is in a hurry and his body language does show that “HE WILL BE AN ALL ACTION MAN.”

The groundswell has already been building up and many people when asked are of the same opinion that unless he goes for the BIG FISH he will still be like those before him.  What is term the BIG FISH we shall know when he gets down to it and puts his foot down on it

We shall see and below is the article posted by the internet portal Malaysiakini.

Abu Kassim Mohamed has been sworn in as the new Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner today.

macc official launch 240209 abu kassimThe 48-year-old top graft buster has received his appointment letter from the Yang di-Pertuan Agong at the Istana Terengganu in Kuala Lumpur.

Abdu Kassim left the palace without talking to waiting journalists at about 10.40am.

Abu Kassim replaces Ahmad Said Hamdan, who submitted a written notice to have his contract of service shortened from May 25, 2010 to Dec 31, 2009.

Among those present at the swearing-in included Ahmad Said, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Nazri Aziz and Inspector-General of Police Musa Hasssan.

MACC’s tainted reputation

The new chief commissioner inherits an agency whose reputation was severely tainted following the death of DAP political aide Teoh Beng Hock last year.

The commission has also been criticised for allegedly practicing double standards when it comes to investigating Barisan Nasional and Pakatan Rakyat politicians.

Abu Kassim has a Bachelor of Social Science degree from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang and Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the Michigan State University, United States.

He joined the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) on Sept 1, 1984 as an investigation officer. ACA was later renamed as the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission last year.

Abu Kassim also served as director of planning and policy coordinator at the ACA headquarters, ACA director for Perak and Penang, director of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy and was seconded to Amanah Raya Berhad as its head of Integrity.

He was appointed deputy director-general (operations) of the ACA on Jan 1, 2001 and with the enforcement of the new Act on Jan 1, 2009, he was appointed deputy chief commissioner of MACC.
