“SWP v PRS..Rakyats Choice..??”

Two years ago we wrote this,”This is a favourite phrase”mushrooming of parties especially elections are near“in reference to “Peace Party” on June 14 2010. After the approval of SWP(Sarawak Workers Party) there are strong indications that People’s Alliance for Justice and Peace Party (Peace Party)has also been approved by the ROS Malaysia.

These two parties are approved eventhough they are about 4 others who submitted and the only reason is that”The Political Master finds them a most valuable asset for the coming GE13 and they find the two persons fronting the parties daring and are mosts comfortable in territories where others dont even dare to venture.”

However, there might be another twists and the Home Ministry might approve the rests in Parti Ekonomi Rakyat Sarawak Bersatu (PERSB); Parti Bumi Kenyalang (PBM); Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak Baru (PBDS Baru); and Parti Tenaga Rakyat Sarawak (Teras).

This could be in line with putting pressure to CM who had indicated to PM and DPM that he will call it a day after the State elections. According to a veteran journalists the Federal Leaders have not forgotten the words spoken by CM Taib in a function in Serian. Peace Party is headed by Julian Petrus Jout (former PBB) and the party is strongly aligned to BN.

According to State Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) vice-chairman See Chee How who is also Batu Lintang assemblyman through a telephone conversation he said the smaller parties will not have much effect on the outcome of the elections but it could also mean the floodgates would open for other BN Peninsular based parties especially so UMNO.

See Chee How continued and gave us approval to write this down,”UMNO because of its racists politics has no place in Sarawak” He also does not want to see UMNO in Sarawak for whatever reasons they can come out with.

The modus operandi of the mushrooming of parties in Sarawak can be similar to a trend which saw to the maiden entrance of UMNO to Sabah in the 1990s. The second echelon leaders in UMNO have already made their moves unintentionally but a number of local politicians have already seen the threat as real.

UMNO, we leave it to another day says former PRS strongman Tedewin Ngumbang. You justs look at the approval of SWP its a clear case of BULLY towards PRS.He said,” Isn’t PRS BN and SWP is approved BN-friendly and it will undermine the BN spirit in the state.

UMNO being the dominant party in Malaysian politics after 50 years very much wants their jigsaw puzzle completed with Sarawak missing says a political analysts. Its 31 divisions for anyone who aspires to helm UMNO Malaysia.

The Sarawak Carrot which is Dangling so Deliciously musts be taken seriously.

The online Bernama story (below) have also made a number of politicians making their intentions known and they called audie61.

  1. One BN Penghulu even said “SWP or PEACE win is a BN win “and BN Federal leaders are looking at a bigger picture to stop Pakatan.
  2. Another  youth leader said,”CM’s hands are tied and what else could he say.”
  3. A BN YB said,”the top leaders knows better
  4. Independant YB George Lagong said,”Thats Good news

This is the extracted version,”The newly registered Sarawak Workers Party (SWP) is free to field their candidates in the coming general election, Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmudsaid.

The state Barisan Nasional (BN) chairman, who seemed nonchalant, said the registration of yet another political party was part of the political scene in Sarawak, where the people had embraced democracy.

One more party coming in, why not? They are free to be there,” he told reporters after officiating at the opening of the 50th Multi District Lions Convention.

Asked to comment on a statement by SWP protem president Dr Ong Lark Sai that the party would be BN-friendly but might consider taking on the BN, especially in the six seats held by Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS), Abdul Taib said: “It’s up to the rakyat.”  Traditionally, Barisan allocates PRS six parliamentary seats, namely Hulu Rajang, Sri Aman, Lubok Antu, Kanowit, Julau and Selangau.

Masing”God” we have to fight him.Even if SWP dont get his party we will. Where are your bloggers Masing???

    • Ruthless says:

Insider source told me that , Initial 5 units of phone given to PRS blogger by masing has been damages only after 2 weeks in used. The phone is imitation product from china. . Masing would not issue them with new phone.

  2. Ruthless says:

Quote from Borneo post today, The newly registered party’s protem president Dr. Ong initially said SWP would be BN friendly but admitted that SWP would have to take on BN in the parliamentary constituencies where it would be fielding candidates. His statement to me is very confusing and i believe that the party logo has to be “TWO HEAD SNAKE”

    • Ruthless says:

Masing lost his on grip on the party now, due to his arrogant . If masing can behave and not to bully young Sng , they is no party SWP today. If any of PRS candidates lost during this coming GE 13 , all the blames must be put to masing. I believe with the registration of the party SWP , masing must has a very bad sleep tonight.

  3. sarawakiana says:

Bagus..PRS lawan SWP Oooh sedap dan nyaman. Sng lawan Masing. Banyak keuntongan untuk pengundi rumah panjang .Yahoo.

  5. ruthless says:

Quote from Borneo Post today, “SWP registration leaves PRS uneasy”
PRS president masing said what puzzled the party was why only SWP, which aimed to go against PRS, had its registration approved. Masing ways of asking question is stupid, did he know that how he register PRS before??? If depend on you the PRS party would not be register. Did he know that his people still working inside the ROS. Masing stop playing dumb.

  6. ruthless says:

Another post from Borneo Post, “Masing not interfering with SPDP’s internal affair” statement from PRS pelagus diviion youth chief, Ellison.
Interference on SPDP by masing is open secret, so Ellision is better for you to play dumb than open your mouth to the reporter. Is clearly know to everyone how he (masing) want to get even with Mawan cos of the case in Jalau while Judat supporters is with Sng. In order to get even with mawan he sent his Sec. General to G5 function instead of SPDP function???
Now Baran constituency awhile of the mercenary being sent by Masing to topper SPDP (Jacob segan) in your area??? masing you are smart to get even??? We know your bad character ???

  7. PRS 30 says:

PRS leaders will surely have their say in the next few days
We copy here the report from Borneo POsts
KUCHING: The endorsement of the Sarawak Workers Party (SWP) by the Home Ministry has caused uneasiness among Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) members.

PRS president Tan Sri Dr James Jemut Masing said what puzzled the party was why only SWP, which aimed to go against PRS, had its registration approved.

“I was told that the ROS (Registrar of Societies) Sarawak sent six applications for the registration of new parties but only SWP was approved and endorsed.

“Now PRS members are uneasy on this and are asking about the rationale of such a decision,” he said.

Masing, who is Minister of Land Development, was commenting on the Home Ministry’s approval of SWP’s registration several days ago.

However, he said, PRS is prepared to face SWP and will take the challenge posed by the latter seriously.

He said PRS is confident of defending all six of its parliamentary seats — Sri Aman, Lubok Antu, Julau, Kanowit, Selangau and Hulu Rajang.

The current incumbents are Masir Kujat (Sri Aman), William Nyallau Badak (Lubok Antu), Datuk Joseph Salang Gandum (Julau), Datuk Aaron Ago Dagang (Kanowit), Datuk Joseph Entulu Belaun (Selangau) and Datuk Billy Abit Joo (Hulu Rajang).

On Thursday, SWP pro tem president Dr Ong Lark Sai confirmed that his party would take on Barisan Nasional (BN) during the upcoming parliamentary election.

He did not reveal the seats SWP would contest but speculation is rife that the party would target all the seats held by PRS.

Although Dr Ong has denied the involvement of former Julau member of parliament Datuk Sng Chee Hua in SWP, many political observers believe the party is the latter’s brainchild.

This is because Dr Ong and SWP pro tem deputy president Pelagus assemblyman George Lagong are both Sng’s cousins.

Sng, who was one of PRS’ founders, is reportedly trying to bring PRS down following his acrimonious departure from the party along with several others aligned with him, including his son Larry.

  8. PRS 30 says:

ruthless, thats the trouble with everyone. The enemy is not PRS but people saying Masing is no good against Bn against Taib. The surrounding people always create problem. People like you are one of them.woof woof woof

    • ruthless says:

Always remember, party PRS is not trouble maker, but masing is the trouble maker. Like litter things he cannot forget and he like to get even. Masing like to under estimate Sng, this is what he get now , New party SWP. Always remember Sng is the once who register PRS before and is not masing ???This time Sng would like to get even with him?? ha ha

  9. PRS Hulu Rajang says:

Our PRS Youth spokesman Manny Ameng said this already”“To SWP, please stop telling people you are BN-friendly. Please stop fooling the people. If you fight PRS, you also fight BN, which means you are not friendly towards BN.”
We are not happy are we?

    • ruthless says:

Why you worry , last state election Balah BN win majority of 5000 vote and Belaga win majority of 3000. Simple math calculation, ugat would win by a majority of by 5000 + 3000 + 8000 vote . No need to campaign also win but why masing so worry and cannot sleep ???

    • 2012 hope says:

PRS Hulu Rajang should be able to use its power of common political knowledge to understand Taib’s stands on SWP.

The contradicting statement of Dr.Ong ” BN-Friendly but might consider contesting in 6 PRS seats ” means SWP is only affiliated with BN chief of Swak,Taib but not necessarily with Masing’s PRS who is having suspicious relationship and consider a threat to the latter in future the political landscape of Swak.

Under such doubtful scenario,Taib has no choice but looks for someone or more reliable platforms in expanding and strengthening his empire to further safeguarding his future generations.

Many political analysts are wondering why Taib fails to response to Dr.Ong,s view of SWP will be BN friendly instead of saying it will be merrier in the coming polls as people have more choices to choose.

      • ruthless says:

Hahis lah PRS kali ini??? PRS 30 and Hulu Rajang , i strongly encourage 2 of you to join SWP before all the office bearer position being taken. Sng welcome two of you , ha ha

      • 2012 hope says:

seems to be strategy manipulated by ” BN hidden hands ” to control and minimize the growing popularity and strength of James Masing.

One could still remember vividly PRS collectively demanded for the post deputy minister after the state election as the time proudly claim themselves as second largest party in the state.

Such aggressive and unprecedented demand might had irked and worried Taib.

It has been long silence from BN top leaders with crisis in SPDP,SUPP and now PRS over crash between Joseph Salang and Wong Judat.

  11. PRS Hulu Rajang says:

We understand but at the end BN4 will go all out to defend each other. BUT its more personal clashes and vendetta. Why not have TERAS approved than they can attack SPDP too. ? That way is democracy and PBB SG talk nuts lah!

    • ruthless says:

My friend you must dreaming, SWP is going to win, min. 1 seats Wind of change is happening everywhere. The first area to be blow away is PRS constituency. Habis lah masing, tidak dapat tidur lagi malam ini??? ha ha

  12. anti-pirate says:

Masing the pirate high jack PRS from Sidi and Ong. The proof is here.

He send his little-man or bully to challenge Jabu and got smack down.

My question is this where did the pirate hid his loot. Now he has to spend some against SWP that is why he is worry.

Bring in some economy to the six areas that need some priming before the coming election.

I have never met this pirate yet.

  13. bumikenyalang says:

some says.. if Billy is not standing, then in PRS from the Ulu Rejang of baloi raes-Kayans kenyahs and Kajangs, then they lost their representative in BN negeri and pusat representative. The people today are aware of the undercurrent within PRS if Billy may not elected as candidate, this times. SWP and PR is likely the opponent to go against Maisng PRS Party for the set at MP Ulu Rejang. The people of Baloi may not votes for PRS especially the strong group of the communities leaders, headmen supporting Billy and also all the longhouse voters where Billy have dominant support may get angry and wont give votes for PRS (BN) candidate. So now is an advantage for SWP get equal support from Balleh if SWP Calon to go for MP Ulu Rejang, then the Iban Votes would be badly splits and the upper hand will be the PR calon likely win the set for MP Ulu Rejang.. so now masing times will directly facing Mr Sng group in Balleh ULU Rejang MP. Ulu Rejang is a risky set for PRS in this coming election.. let see what will be the next cause of action from PRS…. to fact SWP this time around. The voters are aware of the wise choice this time around..
