PRU13 “Pakatan Joining In December/March..??

Oooh Yeah.. Just being reminded by a component Sarawak State BN Secretary-General that he will be taking the flight out today to KL. Nerve racking for sure he says as on November 1st Najib will be meeting BN State leaders in Putrajaya.

The adrenalin is building up as he spoke to us as he anticipates that the PM will be asking a million and one questions on his party. Well,we shall know soon wouldn’t we? The signs plus signals are positive that the PM wants to consider all options before he announces the Parliament dissolution to prepare for GE13. Could he justs..hmmm?

A party member joined in to say one thing remains ,”Will the Pakatan states throw in a spanner in the works. Somehow my gut feeling is that Kelantan will join in as if they delay they will be experiencing an onslaught by BN. This way if GE called in December or in March they will join in. The other states of Selangor,Penang and Kedah will opt out and gauge how Pakatan performs in the GE13.”

Absolutely, they have got nothing to lose by waiting. The mandate is given by the people of the respective states and they will see it out serving the people who voted them in.

The twists might even be that one or two of the BN States co-opted out and just concentrate on the Federal elections to also derail Pakatan. Anything is possible in politics.

Pakatan/BN Dec 2011 D-Day..??”

I feel excitement in the air. I can feel chills and shiver. We are not talking about Christmas……hmmm nor are we talking about the December Mega-Sales.

Or… we could justs be the Prophets of Doom.We were informed that the BN MPs and YBs are on 24/7 standby for the General Elections 13. They already know..

Not bothered about the Pakatan YB’s plus the 4 States.

Word has it that BN Headquarters are already despatching the BN Paraphernalia to the respective State BN Headquarters. So what does that mean..??

BN is ever ready and their machinery on the ground is ready to engage……

Characteristically Boring…SPDP Action

Wait.!Someone knows better than the President of the party. “It’s not true….!”  This goes to show that there are too many hearsays which will not only pull the party down but will be detrimental to its survival.

The President who has had many sleepless nights and is very shortfused now has used this,”In the conduct of war, speed is everything. He has taken the enemy unawares, following the route unthought of and attack the place left ungarrisoned.

The aides who are close to the President are at the moment kept at arms length. Mosts of the theories and whispers coming out from their airwaves are more or less”characteristically boring” says a political observer who specialises in the reshaping of the opponents strategy.

He is even not Alastair Campbell former ex-British premier Tony Blair’s communications chief but he has got one thing right. We were not ready for this as early as 8.15am this morning when the phone rang,”28th Oct Now and still the delay…When then is the SPDP Supreme Council meeting. You need 2/3rds to pass and we are dealing with humans my friend.”

Another sms filtered through,”Time Mawan act as d the high ground will diminish if he prolongs n changes tactics and directions.” This was forwarded and the sms sent back to was simple,”Action being Done

 Is it so…??

Mawan needs to move swiftly to disrupt the opponents without them knowing what will hit them and they will be at a disadvantage. He will try to make victory the only option. Was the one showcause letter delivered all planned? The SPDP5 are coming out with statements which have been used before,”one for all,all for one

In this day and age we are not fighting with the musketeers swords but the political minds are moving so quickly that it will erupt in their faces sooner rather than later.

SPDP5 might just have the lasts laugh but it seems their options are very limited as they do not have the headquarters, youth or wanita wings with them and also the majority of SC members are with the President.

It’s come to a stage where the public and grassroots are justs saying,”pack it in as its getting out of sorts BORING.” Lets be honests but there are still those who are still believing that the SPDP5 will hit well below the belt on the party and reveal something which will bring the party to its knees.

The answer from them,”I don’t think its over justs yet….”

SPDP 5 “Disciplinary Actions….?”

There has been so much written about the SPDP 5,Gang of 5, Separatists 5 and whatever names we have for them they are still 5YBs who are elected by the people and standing on the party SPDP’ticket”. But one thing is certain there have sat out in the sun defying whatever approaches the Party President and his aides have come out with.

We have written more than a handful of articles eversince the crisis broke out in the open in  2010. Amongst which we will like you to click to have more of insights on how the party has survived the insubordination till now. These are earlier articles going back as far back as  January 2010.

There have been also many calls by all the top leaders in the Prime Minister to Deputy PM to the Chief Minister and many others in BN SG and Sarawak BN SG to their own President but still the 5 remains defiant to stay away.

We pick up this to remind them of the very first statement that Mawan said in a PC in which audie61 were present.

,”I am an accomodating person but there are of course limits to what and how much one can take. I am no different and I do FEEL for them as they have been misled and misinformed.

There must be a LEEWAY for them to move and I am providing that path for them and I have forgiven, hope and accepted the fact that they are using their own individual initiatives. Politics is about agreement and not about disagreement and we have to be ABOVE IT ALL and sometimes we have to “SWALLOW OUR PRIDE AND EGO“.I have already mentioned in the Press Conference that I will bear no grudges and as such all incumbents will not be replaced in the coming elections.

Did MAWAN DROP ANY OF THEM at the last elections?

No, he did not and during that time the party set up the disciplinary committee too on 28th February 2010.

As a matter of fact the Supreme Council has to thanked them Separatists 5 for ensuring SPDP will have all the bureaus in place. Thats why we are revamping and making sure this episode is not repeated an we have put in place an independant group to oversee the DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE. They are the following and they will be taking the neceessary actions if and when necessary against Party members who crossed the line.

  • Francis Wong
  • Dr Syafig Abdullah
  • Dr.Roland Mattu
  • Vincent Tan
  • Puan Theresa Udam

Our privilege source told us after the Ulu Teru function last weekend and all the debacle of security threats and sabotage the time is ripe to take the necessary action. The disciplinary committee have already met up and they would look no further than one of them going all out to derail the Presidents visit.

We covered it here:-

Apparently the disciplinary committee has to thank some one for making their work easier and this direct insubordination with police reports thrown in and other “EXCITING GOODIES PACKAGED IN FOR A WILD WEEKEND IN MIRI” { find out more……hmmmm}

The Disciplinary committee has still to follow the RULE OF LAW which is the party constitution. The reading public would like to be thrown some light into the procedures of the SPDP constitution. We simplify for easy understanding of the processes

Article 24 which is first step taken by the supreme Council has been adhered to.

  • 24 -1 disciplinary board established from time to time as and when necessary
  • 24-2 The composition 5 members appointed by the Supreme Council and not Supreme Council members.
  • 24-3  they can choose any of the 5 listed censure, suspend, expe, lbar or take any other necessary action in the constitution and make recommendation to the Supreme council.
  • 24-4  They will hold inquiry a) given notice b) given right to explain c) option to defend
  • 24-5  Decision by a vote of simple majority
  •  24-6 Deliberations to be tabled at Supreme Council on recommendations/findings from disciplinary committee.

The Supreme Council will be tasked to take the necessary actions and it is not the President who sets the judgement. Lets be very CLEAR ON THIS MATTER and President William Mawan has been very tolerant and he knows the rule of the Law of the party constitution.

The SC will deliberate and they will

a)  expel without hesitation

bdeliberate further with considerations of disciplinary actions such as

  • 1) censure
  • 2)suspend the membership
  • 3)any other disciplinary actions which they see fit.

The SC after going through their deliberations within the confines of the SUprem Council meeting will act and inform the Disciplinary committee to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the member who has violated the party rules. They musts state the exact and specific nature of the charge preferred against the member.

The Constitution also clearly states,”Any decision of the Supreme Council under the article 24 shall be arrived at by 2/3 majority of the votes of the Supreme Council present and attending and such decision of the Supreme Council shall be final and shall not be appealed from and questioned in any Tribunal or Court of Law.

The court of law defines as any court established under the provision of the Fedral Constitution and includes the Sessions Courts and Magistrates established under the Provisions of Subordinate Courts act 1948.

Just for the information of the Separatists 5 this might happen when they try to bring the party to court:-

The judge might just rule that under the relevant provision of the societies act ‘no court shall have jurisdiction to entertain or determine any suit, appliocation, question or proceeding on any ground regarding the validity of a decision of a political party or any matter relating to the affairs of the party.”

SPDP needs to clear this little irritant/misunderstanding and the CM Taib has already spelt it out clearly,”I must tell you one thing,SPDP is still a very united party on the ground. But probably there is some rivalry at the leadership level.People have got to learn to adjust”

No one is guilty yet and this article which we wrote says it all:- and this we extract too”

NO one is wrong justs yet until the SC meets again

audie61 called DSG Paul Igai this morning to find out when the next SC meeting and he said we are working to accomodate everyone. We see it very clearly that in the party SPDP that even when the last rites are to be delivered and sentencing that goes with it there is still room for FORGIVENESS and REPENTANCE.

SPDP Updates:-“Function in Ulu Teru..”

Big turnout of over 2000 people to welcome President of SPDP William Mawan,MP Jacob Sagan and BN entourage at Ulu Teru. SB reports and also verified that 41 Tuai Rumah’s were present together with 2 Penghulus.

Police were on alert for any untoward incidents but the function went on smoothly without any disturbances. President called for all to continue to support the present MP Jacob Sagan and the ruling coalition for continued development.

The whole atmosphere according to a supporter was very well organised and the planning put into it was well worth it.

Next stop for SPDP is the Parliamentary seat of Mas Gading and a function is being planned for the Presidents official visit to Bau.

SPDP”Heckling and Shouting Abuses at Ulu Teru..”

Eventhough the root of the problem in SPDP ‘security threat” has been identified the authorities concerned are not taking any chances on the visit of SPDP President William Mawan together with MP Baram Jacob Sagan and his entourage to Ulu Teru for a function on 23rd October 2011.

A transport coordinator told audie61 that over 40 four wheel vehicles will make their journey to Marudi and there will also be party supporters coming all the way from as far as Kuching. The people from outside are mainly the Supreme Council,Divisional leaders and exco’s from various divisions of SPDP throughout the state. A local crowd of over 3000 is anticipated to welcome the President for this official function. This is also to launch the SPDP Baram parliamentary election machinery.

Earlier a police report was recorded from Henry Gomes, the chieftain of Kampung Mission Ulu Teru in tinjar Baram District and community leaders Abuk Jabu together with Kalang Amin who were held up in a room against their wishes to sign a prepared statement to stop Mawan from attending the function.

Henry told the press,”I said I did not want to sign, but the leader said we had to.Abuk and Kalang were also forced to sign”

In view of the disagreements involved in the political war of words the police are not taking any chances and are ready for any eventualities. There are conflicting reports on the ground that another group is looking at ways to disrupt the function and they have been told that it is not wrong to “shout abuses and do some heckling behind to provoke the situation”

This is completely normal in political rallies anywhere in the world but it will be among the first to happen in this peaceful area of Ulu Teru if it happens. The SPDP5 are getting desperate and they are slowly penned in and they will resort to whatever means and ways to score some political points.

Sssshhh. They have been invited and informed personally..

A political supporter from Miri added,” True Blue SPDP as they claimed to be leaders should be man enough to come out and join the thousands making their way to Ulu Teru in Marudi.

The function is a celebration of party unity and a commitment to continued development .

Are you with SPDP and Mawan….??

SPDP “Updates Ulu Teru Function 23rd Oct 2011..”

We have just received the latest from the presidents house at 1050pm from our squad member

,”SPDP has not called off the function yet.But party will verify the security aspect in the area  on Friday. They will be working with the police to verify security aspect first. There is doubt  as to allegation of threat.”

According to an observer in the meeting one of theose present said,”Believe me..Ulu Teru function must proceed.Public Perception  is paramount. Postponement entailed you are losing ground. Postponement  of Ulu Teru Function has negative implications

SPDP Ulu Teru Function Postponed…”

The much awaited Ulu Teru Function and visit by SPDP President William Mawan to Marudi with MP Baram Jacob Sagan and his supporters on the 23rd of October 2011 has been postponed until further notice.

At press time the President and his close aides will be meeting at his house tonight.

The function was Called OFF by the Special Branch as there is a possibility of a threat to the President and his entourage. We were informed by a reliable source that the SB has called up YB Tiki and YB Nansian to their office as this was directed by Bukit Aman SB.

According to our squad member waiting for the meeting to convene he said,”Mawan was still keen to go ahead but he was advised not to by the Police.  He will go as soon as the Police gives the clearance as the SPDP and BN supporters are already very disappointed by this postponement.”

More will be posted in the local dailies tomorrow.
