Berjuang Bersama SNAP

Step No.1 – New Members /New Faces/New Uniforms  Step No.2-9 ( Not to be Revealed) Step No.10- Facebook New Media/Cyber Space/Twitter/Blogs.

Do we need to be reminded how important it is in this new political age of Perception and Public Opinion?

As if we need to look further than this when the No.1 Man in the country on the 16th of January 2011 said at SUPP Rally in Kuching.

He said,”Capture cyberspace to get back young electors’-( So,you are dealing with a different society.Yes,we lost the cyberspace war in the last election 2008,but we can’t lose it again. The question is what are we going to do about it?

A Man of Action PM Najib said this today 18th February 2011 and this were his words,”Najib said he had been spending more time on Twitter – in the car and between appointments, before and after work – replying to Malaysians and engaging them in conversation.

“Yes, it is really me replying to your tweets,” he said in his latest posting on “Although my work schedule gets quite hectic, I assure you that these simple connections mean a great deal to me,” says Najib.

Najib knows what is bests for BN and he knows losing the cyberspace means he has to lead and ensure that all those under the umbrella of BN follow suit or they will be left behind. All issues and u pto date information is being posted in cyberspace and now FACEBOOK is being widely used.Pictures /videos/propaganda are all uploaded and now Sarawak opposition party SNAP is also making use of the availability of this media besides the blogsphere.

Some parties are making use of both of these media to posts and engage with each other. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg knows that even many small business owners are using Facebook to drive web traffic resulting in sales gains. Many see a huge increase in traffic and sales.

Political parties are also making use of this as a tool to keep in touch with the grassroots and some political boys just can’t get enough of Facebook. It’s like an obsession and they spend countless hours just to interact with the thousands who are coming back for more.

SNAP has taken advantage of this new media tool and PM Najib has indeed got many on board with his enthusiasm.

BN will need their cybertroopers to be all ready as the impending Sarawak State elections is right at our doorstep. It doesn’t need the PM Najib to tell Sarawak what they need to do as SNAP is already virtually on board the CYBERSHIP.

PR has used the alternative media to its advantage. Now the media is shooting PKR and running it down very badly. Look at what they are doing to themselves. It has exploded and Harris Ibrahim,RPK and the rests of the gang are already surrendering even before the fight starts.
it was good while it lasted.

Cyber or not cyber, we have to deliver the truth, facts and clear messages to our brothers & sisters living far away from such facilities. We need even to WALK through junles and streams to send our love, concern and wake-up (alarm clokcs) to those long neglected by the BN sarawak thief , lier and corrupted government which steal and deprive them of what they should deserve as rakyat of beautiful Malaysia and inhabitants of lovely Sarawak state

The government (for 47 years) has failed to provide them with necessary roads, accessesm transportation facilities, power and even drinking water. While all the thieves stay in big masion bangallows, their children provided with all blessings and gifts, those deprived of their rights and allocations even have their farm lands ROBBED, what to say of having PC, internet, face-books and tweeters. Oh, God, help remove all these crook and corrupt government and bring us a government-FOR-the-people

Our elected YBs and ministers fly in to see us in the jungle (comfortably on the helicopters WE rakyat are paying the bills) to deliver more LIES, we have to walk on foot through jungle and our children go to schools where even boarding & food provisions also ROBBED by government associated contractors. We travel down on broken buses and even sharing a crowded and over-loaded pickup trucks, YET they say we Sarawakians should be proud of our successful DEVELOPMENT & projects (expensive and corrupted)

Dayak Rela members should be united in full force to protect the Dayak community especially the NCR landowners from been attacked and assaulted by Thugs hired by timber and plantation companies which are cronies of the corrupted regime of Taib Mahmud.

I am greatly touched by this Tribute to YB Lim Kit Siang on his 70th birthday on February 20, from Tengku Razaleigh Hamza. I hope DAP Sarawak will translate this Tribute from Tengku into the Iban, Malay and Chinese languages to be shared with all Malaysians in Sarawak. Happy birthday YB Lim Kit Siang and may God bless you abundantly.

Dear Kit — Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah
    February 19, 2011

FEB 19 — After a long journey in your political career, weathering the often rough and tumble of Malaysian politics, you somehow managed to survive and carve a popular name, an icon among your admirers and a ‘political bug’, so to speak, among your opponents.

So, you are now 70 years of age — not too young but not too old either — to go on treading the political journey.

You have consistently upheld and stood your ground on matters relating to the fundamental rights of all the rakyat, irrespective of race, to free and responsible speech, the rights to enjoy a just and fair distribution of the economic and social wealth of the nation, and to political, judicial and legal justice.

You have consistently and courageously spoken up against the corruption and the various misdeeds and defaults of the government and demanded actions, both in Parliment as well as outside it, depite the possible reprisals, the threats and even possible punitive actions that might be taken against you, which in fact you have suffered in the past.

But you have not kept your silence; you continue to grow bigger and speak even louder.

In the end, it seems to me you are the winner because, despite what your opponents say about you, as long as you know and believe what you stand for is good for the poeple and the country, you are on the right path.

Politicians, and especially those who have been given the mandate to ‘rule’ or ‘govern’ the country, must be honest, trustworthy, clean and efficient.

They must have PRINCIPLES and be consistent in their upholding and promotion of the principles for the good of the rakyat and the country and not be swayed or swerved by their personal interests and greed.

The rakyat look up to a Wakil Rakyat or to a government leader not because he or she is a Malay, a Chinese or an Indian, an Iban or a Kadazan; they look up to you because of your principles — principles that they can respect, trust and emulate.

On this auspicious day, may I quote Georges Pompidou who once said:

“A statesman is a politician who places himself at the service of the nation. A politician is a statesman who places the nation at his service”.

Let me now say “Selamat Menyambut Hari Jadi Yang ke-70”, in other words “Happy Birthday to You”.

Wishing you good fortune, good health and long life. May you continue to tread the rough and tumble of the Malaysian political road with even greater tenacity and thrust in the years ahead until we can all together ensure that no one in the country is allowed to create a situation of disaster of the type we have just seen in Tunisia and Egypt.

    * This is Gua Musang MP Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah’s birthday greetings to Lim Kit Siang who turns 70 on February 20, 2011.

  9. Mata Kuching says:

The Bruno Manser Fund plans to expose Sarawak Chief Minister Abdul Taib Mahmud’s alleged family business empire – spanning eight countries – next week.

Each concerned citizen in Sarawak should make one police report each against the thief minister Taib Mahmud. We hope to see Sarawak Report and partners of Pakatan Rakyat and NGOs organise an anti corruption campaign and mobile at least 200,000 Sarawakians to lodge police report against Taib throughout the police stations in Sarawak.

  10. Asri Rahman says:

Kudos to Chinese voters because Chinese politicians in BN have failed miserably to POISON the minds of the Chinese. Having said that I strongly urge my own Malay community never to let Malay politicians poison your minds regarding race and religion or striking fear in us about losing our race and religion if Pakatan comes into power.

  11. Lee Hui says:

UGB Berhad has a 15 years road maintenance concession granted by the Sarawak State Government with effect from 1 January 2003 to maintain 4,600km of roads in the state. Given YB Teo’s disclosure that there is only 6,390km of tar roads in Sarawak and Sabah, this Road Maintenance Agreement probably granted this happy listed company a monopoly of road maintenance for the entire state ?

Sarawakians want to get to the bottom of the truth on how our taxpayers money are been spent and how much has been pocketed by the Taibs?

  12. Mata Kuching says:

I was enjoying my bowl of Sarawak laksa for breakfast while glancing through the Borneo Post newspaper. I wanted to vomit when I came across the front page statement by none other than the chronic balls polisher, Abdul Karim Hamzah, the state assembly rep for Asajaya ,when he said that ” Payhim Silly (Taib) is like a jewel to the people of Sarawak which is very hard to find.” Isn’t that not what dicatators like Mubarak and Gaddafi wanted their stooges to sing such praises about them?

Karim Hamzah is an unrepentant political prostitute who didn’t mind his father was jailed and tortured under ISA and that Taib has raped and plundered the state resources and robbed the rural poor especially the Dayaks and coastal Malays.

Sarawakians must make sure such political vampire in the making will not be elected and that the autocratic regime of Taib Mahmud must be annihilated.

  13. Ho Ho Ho says:

Ho  Ho  Ho

 Many Leaders will fall n Many ‘Katak’ will be stomp by this year 2011 BIG BUNNY :!: hehehehehehe

Ho  Ho  Ho

  14. Mata Kuching says:

Keep it going. We want to achieve 200,000 police reports against Taib Mahmud the thief minister for abuse of power and his position, corruptions, and grabbing NCR lands.

  15. Salah Satu says:

Karim Hamzah should be awarded “Best Ball Polisher” of the year 2011. Taib has promised to make him CM, he has started day dreaming, forgetting what Mr. Taib has done to his dear Papa

    YB Ice-cream Hamzah

  16. Mata Kuching says:

The unrepentant paramount thief minister Taib Mahmud says he wanted the best brain for all constituencies. I believe he believes he has been having the best brains in all constituencies for the last 30 years and not only in the coming state election. With billions of ringgit in his banks and invested overseas, this thief does not even need a brain for himself because all the brains he selected for BN are doing a great job of lying on his behalf and clearing the ways for him to plunder, squander and rob the people of Sarawak.

  17. Mata Kuching says:

To be selected as Taib’s best brain to stand in the election, you need to be blind, deaf and dumb. But the BDD syndrome is a dangerous disease. I call upon all voters in all the 71 constituencies to vote out the Blind, Deaf and Dumb candidates of Sarawak BN government including the unrepentant paramount thief minister. Do your best and God will do the rest.

  18. Mata Kuching says:

People must always remember we do not build roads for monkeys and wild boars…quotes Awang Tanah who also denied that the UMNO controlled BN government has ever grabbed people’s land despite the weekly court’s ruling for the BN government to return the NCR land to their owners.

  19. Bakrie says:

Dayak Rela members will ignore any instructions given to them to vote BN only. Instead they will be united to revolt against UMNO dominated BN government. UMNO is PBB in Sarawak. By rejecting PBB we are rjecting UMNO. Follow Malaysians in Penang, Selangor, Kedah, Kelantan, Perak and Kuala Lumpur to reject UMNO dominated PBB and BN.
