“916 Hallucination Still..??”

The sms from a friend who has migrated overseas asked us to check on the two articles which we posted on 24th September 2008 and 24th September 2009. Still after so much has been written it seems that the Sarawak State elections Saturday date is still far off.

A 1st term BN YB said to us this morning,’ I just have to continue to visit my rural constituency diligently without anymore fear  as I have not neglected them in any way. I am ready anytime when its called and its a foregone conclusion that it has to be held after the term expires for the DUN. There will still be a DUN sitting in November and not unless there is a SNAP Sarawak polls held as far as he is concerned.’

The article which appeared on this day on 24th  September 2009 reads:-Sarawak Opposition Parties “Look At the Lists”

In the last few months let alone last few weeks a lot has been said about the Opposition parties or “Personalities” not seeing eye to eye.The “PAKATAN” concept in Sarawak will be a failure or it will be justs a mere ” ..HALLUCINATION..”

Correct me if I am wrong BUT its not so much the Pakatan parties of PKR,DAP and PAS but in Sarawak it seems that the EGOs of certain individual/individuals is a stumbling BLOCK says a Veteran Chinese politician to audie61 when we had lunch this afternnon.

In the Chinese newspapers its all news about SUPP having a “dirty war””hidden hands” interfering in the Dudong branch controversy. DAP Sarawak are rubbing their hands as if the 4d Jackpot of 20 million is theirs.

PAS Sarawak are claiming around 25 over seats  too while DAP has claimed cheekily 27 seats and that leaves 19 seats for PKR. What about the local based opposition party SNAP..?? Hmmm this is interesting but we do not want to be attacked without any reason and its bests for the leaders to wake up and look closely at the lists below which we first posted November 30th 2008. Make up your minds or else no matter what you say BN WILL BE VICTORIOUS..

PERSONAL POLITICAL EGO NEEDS TO BE CHECKED OR THE TEAM BN or PAKATAN SUFFERS….The people will have the FINAL SAY..Too much infighting will see that the partys show is “THE END”

In 2006 Sarawak State Elections there was 54 Straight Fights,13 3-cornered,1 4-cornered,1 5-cornered and 2 YBS were returned unopposed.

Just in case you forgot the mathematics we bring you back in time,”It was so near yet so far as in 1987 it was 48 constituencies the opposition wrestle 20 out of 28 and now there are 71 seats. A state women oppposition leader told audie61 a couple of months ago and it is still very fresh in my mind,” They will not be another better chance for us to realise this dream of wrestling the state from BN. 1987 was close but now we need to work even harder” Could the States oppositions HALLUCINATION turn to Reality…….

The 24th of September 2008 article :-

All is not lost…. Its like saying Malaysia has 6 seasons Anwar,”Hot,Hotter,Hottest and Wet ,Wetter,Wettest” When this Malaysiakini report http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/90327 headlined Anwar changes tune, deadline not an issue a political analyst said its a way of saying,” Hold on.! I am consolidating my forces for the final push.” The decisive battle is nearer as the so called informants have been identified and the minute details are to be ironed out before the takeover. A matter of time sounds better don’t you think instead of issuing deadlines.

Everyone has fallen to LOVE 916 and not one person can say that it was not a “BRILLIANT POLITICAL PROPAGANDA”

This very important political message by Anwar,” The deadline was Sept 16 – Sept 16 was the date we were ready and we have made it very clear (but) who could anticipate that the prime minister would refuse to discuss (matters) of national importance – who could anticipate (that the) prime minister would refuse calling an emergency (parliament) session when we claim we have the majority,” is like overturning a defeat to sustain another round of attack. His wise counsellors have already preempted that the PM and the UMNO boys have said all along that,” In the long run we shall overcome.” Anwar knows for well that Malaysia has 6 seasons and he will strike at the wettest season when UMNO thinks they are comfortably home.

When the PRS crisis was at its highest peak the then former YB of Simanggang Jimmy Donald was told by the then Deputy Minister in PMs office YB Joseph Entulu that ,” We shall overcome and you all will be WIPED OUT and FINISHED in the long run.” This is politics…It’s getting there as the forces with YB Larry Sng are exhausted, morale has sunk, programmes have been done without much headway, too much distress and insecurities promised and some of the generals are seen to be holding a WHITE FLAG.

We have to face REALITY as the State and the Federal governments have acknowledged James Masing as the President of Party Rakyat Sarawak. Logically speaking,do we fight if the faction is not powerful enough, including disillusioned supporters with no strategies and no consistency..?

The worn out generals sees a stronger PRS would mean that the party will not have a”DURI DALAM DAGING” meaning “THORNS IN THE FLESH“. We cannot be like the ‘lallang” grass anymore. PRS needs to consolidate and be a force to be reckoned with instead of too much infighting.

Anwar knows that very well too. He has utilised all methods and political strategies to ”ROCK the BN Administration.” But Pak Lah has not wavered and keeps coming back to fight. He is not seating still as many has thought  that it will be a little too late for him. He was afterall,”ALWAYS SLEEPING”. PM is not just going to be pushed right down to the bottom of the sea and also not going to surrender UMNO’s position to PKR.

Now he shows his resolute self eventhough he is being cornered by not only Anwar but Mahathir,Najib,Muhyddin and Tengku. I would not even give him a ghost of a chance to come out of this battle alive. But he has studied all the moves made by Anwar and Najib that he survived this onslaught.

Anwar knows his credibility is tarnished and he has met up with his generals in DAP,PAS and PKR. They have said their points in the closed door meeting and Anwar has come out of it wiser. He needs to consolidate his forces and he needs the generals to fight alongside him and be more active yet careful with their attacks on BN leaders. The political situation is so fluid at the moment and any wrong moves by Pakatan will be tracked and quashed.

Anwar needs now to calculate meticulously his next move. There must be a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the mood in the country. Now the 916 has been called a big “LETDOWN” by most Malaysians. Anwars next political move needs to be one of dominance and he needs to attack the very core of BN alliances and disrupt their strategies until the WHITE FLAG is raised.

He needs ALSO to utilise all the wisdom of his generals in order to achieve his ultimate. The THRONE is there but at the moment he can only watch but cannot sit on it. MALAYSIABOLEHLAND loves this script with BN and Pakatan maximising the full potential of political means and ways…

Anwar I’m still waiting for you to look into my eyes and say,”6 seasons I TOLD YOU SO AUDIE…….”

SUPP” Far From Over 2″

The phone rang very early and it was a very familiar ring tone. We immediatedly called back and on the other side was the SUPP Pemanca who we have not heard for a good six months. He has gone on a good tour to visit his sons in Australia and must have enjoyed himself tremendously. He said,”Breakfast young man and lets talk about my dear party.”

He bought me laksa and we sat down for a good chit chat. He reminded me to look up the previous article and reposts it to remind the SUPP boys. He started “EE LANG BEH HIAW TIA.PBB TO KONG SUPP SIANG BANG PARTY LOH.LANG KA WA KONG” {They will never listen.Even PBB say SUPP is already like a mosquito party.People tell me when I was still away}

He carried on and said,”If the party does not pull in new, calibre and a face well accepted by the constituency the party will still be where it is in Kuching. He said that he was well pleased to hear that the Cardiac Doctor Sim was earmarked and Pending will be a good battleground. Kota Sentosa it will take a herculean push by Alfred Yap to unseat Chong. There is also a possibilty that Chong might make way for his young protege Wong King Wei and if he does that it will be even harder to unseat DAP.

Chong it seems will go for the BN bastion of Batu Kawa. (Aboi A Chai Ho!) {Don’t know yet HO!} This might just be a wise move by Chong as on the ground he has done nothing much for the constituency of Kota Sentosa. Seems the defeated candidate Alfred Yap has put in more hours than his usual workload and he is slowly gaining more appraisals than condemnations.

He is seen to be mixing freely and listening to his constituents more and once he told audie61,”Its hard work in an urban constituency. We must not take anything forgranted. When I was in Batu Kawa constituency it was very safe and work was concentrated in a few areas. Kota sentosa is a challenge but we will not just let DAP get away scot free.”

The Pemanca nodded and agreed that Yap has genuinely put in more efforts for SUPP to try to gain a foothold back for losts seats. It was his mistake to move and for a friend he paid dearly for it.

Padungan he said if its Lily again eventhough Dominique who is not well accepted to be a candidate might find his outing this time easier than expected. (PANG SIN LANG A TANG FIGHT) {Mixing Hockien as he gets aggitated-Put in a New Face there will be a good fight}

Voon Lee Shan if he is still in Batu lintang Sih Hua Tong {A KANG KOH TAMPO- O } {Will experience some difficulty} But with the right amount of comradeship ,proper and systematic machinery at his disposal might just win over the voters in Batu Lintang. Take this from an old Pemanca who is already nearly 80 years old.

I have gone away on a holiday for a good six months or more and George Chan also went to UK I heard and they was a gag order again. How ironic from my first interview with audie61 he said. SUPP if they dont play their cards right and get the necessary ammunition to move the machinery they will be in for a difficult outing and may end up like Gerakan in 308. George {A CHAI WAH GONG HA MI} George knows what I am talking about.

Lu tatio pang ki kah SUPP Kong .{Please put up to tell SUPP}

I was given my souvenir and he told me this thing will serve to knock some heads of SUPP if they dont listen well. YOU GUESS WHAT IT IS

Our earlier article:- SUPP”Far from Over” November 20th 2009

An SUPP Pemanca said to audie61,” What Gag orders ?? They are treating us like Kids. We have sweated and toiled for SUPP all these years and used all our own dollars and cents and they think we are still children.” Hmmm very strong words from one who has seen good times and difficult times with SUPP even through the opposition days.

Don’t ever for once take us lightly and it is us who are the main players in SUPP and not the Ministers,Assstant Ministers and those who think they can wield their influence. I’m absolutedly ashamed of the “DUDONG signboard fiasco and its a real slap in the face of veteran SUPP members. Even PRS at its height of infighting or UMNO Protem Signboard no one dared to take it down.

He went on and said,” .” This is not only about Team A or team B and if it spills over and sees that SUPP is in bad shapeIsn’t it a slap at one’s face as whoever directed it to take it down forgot to look at the mirror good he said. We will rise like a PHOENIX. The late President Stephan Yong would have put his foot down earlier and  George Chan should have stepped in so much faster and now its a little too late to repair the damages done. What would you give SUPP chances in the next state elections?

He even went on to say and remind Wong Soon koh how his uncle Wong Soon Kai had tears in his eyes when his nephew a headmaster decided to step into the world of politics. Has he forgotten what are his ideals when he joined SUPP? Does he need to be reminded?

audie61 was invited to sit down for this lunch date and it came as a surprise from someone who loves SUPP so much and today seeing his beloved party in such a shameless state and the direction it is taking is not a step forward but three steps backwards. Don’t you think that the younger set of voters has had enough of SUPP and they will surely turn to DAP to fight for their rights. SUPP is only interested in fighting their own wars and have really forgotten their REAL SENSE OF BEING POLITICIANS.

It must be noted that most people join politics to try to better their own environment and a better grasps of individualistic aspirations. There must be a love for the party ,instinct for political survival and a joy of working in that environment. These must not be detached or else the ideals and central principles of a political life is just ZERO. It seems most SUPP members are so enbroiled in protecting their own camps or castles that they have forgotten their real tasks at hand.

A compromise solution is good but there must be tabled to the whole SUPP members on the parties direction and its course of actions. No use to talk and next day they are all at each others throats again. Its just plain nonsensical and the elder and veteran SUPP members has had enough up to their necks and some got themeslves in deep holes going for second mortgages to keep SUPP afloat.Have they forgotten?

The Pemanca added ,”A lot of explaining is needed and those who are just so power hungry should just be reminded to have a browse through the party constitution and do not make a mockery of SUPP as a party. “

Did audie61 get himself in a tight situation? 25 years ago I signed on the dotted line to be a member on the shuttle flight between Singapore/KL  but I eventually ended up being very active  in the football arena  instead. Those days SUPP was the party for the people in Sarawak and many just love the thought of being a member of SUPP. Its a bit similar to the football scene even if one was being paid a $100 to watch Sarawak some would just take the $ but end up going to the movies.

SUPP is finding it hard to be the party people love and its all due to the leaders self interests and lacklustre attitude and completedly losing the plot of political ideals.

So the pages of Team A,Team B, Dudong branch fiasco will see a bitter end an a winner  takes all as it is a clear fact that Soon Koh has his eyes set on the Presidents Chair and so has David Teng. Will the SG Senator Sim be the spoiler and Peter Chin might just walked in put his hands on both the arm rests of the Presidents Chair.

Its far from over  in SUPP says the Pemanca and even George Chan has to think twice before he even dares to take my title away. Nothing is clear in politics and we will see more turmoils in SUPP before the ship steadies herself. Could this lunch meeting be the start of better things for SUPP and he just had a word for DAP Kota Sentosa assemblyman Chong “We are going to win back the seat and believe me and DAP will not know what hit them.” On one flip of a coin he suddenly sees a common enemy and has a go while his backyard the troubles are already at boiling point. The Pemanca ended by saying “For better or worse I am a SUPP member and this is my vow and its like a marriage vow.

“Its July Elections..”

The launching of the book,”Crown Jewel of the North” at the Sarawak Club this afternoon was very well attended by many friends and politicians as they came to say thanks to the former Deputy Chief Minister James Wong.

The Minister (Special Advisor in the Chief Minister”s Office)  in his speech said,”Limbang is all about James Wong and James Wong is Limbang. Whenever anyone thinks of Limbang they think of him first before anything else. Adenan also said that similar books of this nature should be published for Sibu,Kapit,Kanowit,Mukah and the rests of the cities and towns.

Adenan reiterated that  publishing such books would create a sense of belonging among the younger generation and would serve as documentation purpose as well.

In his usual jovial and humorous self when approached by the reporters on the election date he was not to be outwitted by the press and media and he said. Its in July 2011. At least he is being truthful.

DON’T YOU THINK SO…???

You know too that the Sarawak State elections must be called before June 2011.This is wittiness but not sarcasm of the highest order. Many younger politicians needs to learn more from an experience hand like Adenan.

Sarawak “71 Pieces of Silver”

The rumour mill generated by some senior political figures in Sarawak are beginning to catch on like wild fire. The catch ‘Give us 71 Million dollars for 71 Independant candidates in Sarawak and in return we will do an MOU with you and pay you handsomely in the tune of 1 Billion when we wrestle the State.”

Any truth? They even said that they are in negotiation with a China firm to print the Tshirts for their supporters and distribute it throughout Sarawak. The wordings of the Tshirt will take the form of “Do you want Sarawak to be run by only ONE MAN.” There will be printed in different colours and design.

We check with our source again and asked him,”Your source reliable or not..?” He replied this guy is loaded and he is an established anti government business man who is not a local.” It’s cheap to throw in “71 Pieces of silver” as Sarawak has abundance of natural resources, land, oil and timber.  Imagine winning 25 seats by this independant group and they will certainly be the KINGMAKERS and they will be strong to negotiate with whichever parties that want to form the government with them,

We are under strict orders not to print the names involve in this Political Concept. There are very serious as negotiations are ongoing and it certainly will be a very tough outing for the State BN ruling  government. It will even be as close as the 1987 affair when there were only 48 seats available to wrestle.

One obviously will point to the fact that when its election time,”Every tree will be swaying left or right” Rumours or speculations will not come about if no one moves the idea. There must know what they are against besides BN there is also PR. Even in Australia there was a “hung Parliament” and dont rule out a same sort of scenario happening in Sarawak’ Land of the Hornbills”

You make your own assumptions……!!!!

YBs “Woken Up from Restful Slumber”

Who voted them in? Who are the masters? Who can change them? It’s you,you and you only. For the past couple of months audie61 have been harping on this issue “Beware the Peoples Power“. Its is not just a mere rhetoric or as a ADUN YB spelt it out clearly that “if you do not answer to the smses or telephone calls from your constituency your days are numbered.”

Waking up in the morning is something that most of us hate to do. I mean, who really wants to be woken up from restful slumber when you’re having such a nice sleep? Imagine waking up the next morning’NO MORE A YB..IT’S HARD TO TAKE FOR SOME……

YOU WOULD KNOW…

Even a former Asst Minister said the “people in the urban areas are no different form the rural areas.” Do we need to spell it out to the BN YBs or MPs now? The NCR issue in Sarawak seems to be a more than a thorn for the BN Coalition. Is it  still a BN safe deposit in the rural areas? It will be if the YBs and MPs do not fall into the “arrogant and uncontactable category”

Pakatan wannabes should also not be complacent thinking that they are now on a threshold of success. The voters will not be hoodwinked with the same old familiar faces who has fought and losts more often than not. Azmin Ali who has been through thick and thin with PKR knows that though the PR alliance won many hearts during the last GE there is still so much to do especially so in Sarawak.

He too has many weaknesses but he was bold to inform the PR group at the function in Kuching celebrating Malaysia Day that he will try to keep his word in answering calls and smses. He begged though that the callers do please inform who they are before they call as he has received many crank, threatening and unfriendly voices on the other side.

Have the YBs and MPs woken up from their slumber? A BN ADUN capitalise on the subject on who this when he said on the eve of merdeka day,”You can publish my number. I answer calls. It is a courtesy.but there are people who do not answer when you return the call. I am not going to call them two or three times. With modern technology all callers are now listed. You can quote me,There is no excuse not to return calls.”

BN and PR will do the necessary vetting of their election candidates and they will know now that the people will return the candidates who deserves to be elected. Gone are the days when they say,”Kalau BN Lambang sudah menang 80%” -( with BN symbol you are assured at least 80% to be elected) It goes without saying there is also no certainty that the people will vote PR candidates just like that.

Every Election there will be some surprises but the lasts GE there was more than a surprise. It has given the people the chance to see for themselves that they are the RIGHTFUL OWNERS/SHAREHOLDERS OF THE MALAYSIAN AND STATE GOVERNMENTS. It is now more of policies, approach and propaganda ato win over the hearts and mind of the people. They have seen how goals are scored in the dying minutes of a game and they too know how much the political parties now value their votes.

Every citizen be in the rural or urban enclave of Malaysia has also woken up to the fact that they can change whoever they want at a general or state election. There is no more a safe seat for anyone. There is no time left for testing the groundswell. The people will speak their minds through the ballot boxes. The defeated candidates will just use a simple excuse,”I was not ready. I am sorry

Is that good enough.??

PR AND BN Coalitions will not be fooled anymore. Eventhough some candidates will be qualified it remains the choice and a call for the political parties. They will put the WINNABLE candidates and they will not leave it to chance. The next elections will see the TWO HUGE ELEPHANTS looking to trample and outdo each other for the choice of the constituency.

Of course, they will be minor skirmishes put up by independant parties who are not aligned to any of the coalition. Certain individuals will also put their names in the hat as independant candidates as it might just be their LUCKY DAY when the voters decide otherwise.

The voters in the respective constituencies have slowly woken up from the slumber and it is up to the YBs and MPs to wake up sooner rahter than later. its no more just “I surely will win”

Even a rural voter said to audie61 the dayaks are realising now that they will know who to vote for and not just the party they represent. If the candidate is more than capable why should we reject just for short term benefit. Don’t just take us for being justs simple minded people anymore. We have woken up from 47 years  in Malaysia and  if the YB or MP is underperforming we change. It’s our right and the political parties will know that we are not joking.

YOU KNOW THAT THE PEOPLES POWER IS REAL AND YOU MUST TELL YOUR ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE.

THE MESSAGE IS CRYSTAL CLEAR”DON’T WAIT TILL IT’S TOO LATE..

“When will they ever learn..??”

It just disgusts me when those so called Little Napoleans start to throw names about.  There is a time and a place for everything but somehow these people loved to be associated with the song which many will whistle now. One ,two, three together now,” …..Did you..??” again to the lyrics “Where have all the flowers gone…??” You managed did you.Give yourself a pat as you are not one of them…..

In the corporate field many will just use names and stay close like chewing gum to achieve the impossible. They know themselves that they are not capable of achieving great success but somehow or rather they will do their utmost bests to ensure that ‘the person” does not make it too. They will get and derive full satisfaction when they see the BIG ELEPHANTS meaning the ones in power tussling over certain issues which are not relevant but someone was made significant. Mountain out of a molehill.

Will they ever learn….??

In the political sphere there are many tussling for positions and with it comes power and the ability to command respect. In PKR now the power struggle has just begun with Azmin Ali (Vice President) throwing his name into the hat for the No.2 Position in the party against Zaid Ibrahim(Supreme Council). Will Christmas come too early in November for the supporters of either man? This battle will be closely watched by the  BN politcal strategists and spin doctors.

The almost quiet waters within the ruling component BN Sarawak coalition of PBB ,SUPP and SPDP does not mean that their  Ninjas are not at work. There is a time to open ones mouth and most times it is more appropriate to just sit back and watch. Some will learn while others will still fall in the category of

“When will they ever learn..??”

If there is no wind obviously the tree will not sway and it will not take a learned man to point out  “Watch the AXE..” Of course most advises given during times of engagement will not be seriously taken notice of. It is only usual to hear from the defeated parties that “If Only….”

Mosts political watchers will just say point to the realities of the political game. if you do not want to be involved in the first place your hands will not get dirty and your name will still be intact. However with winning the power will be enhanced to another level where every command and instruction will certainly be followed. There might be some reluctancy but in mosts cases mosts will point to the stomach section. “NAK MAKAN hik hik hik

 You would wouldn’t you…??

The most stubborn person with principle too will also look at their own surroundings to ensure that their “sacrifice” will not be in vain. Of course, their families will stand behind them if the pointers are for GREATER GOOD. We will not just get ourselves knocked and hit by not looking at an oncoming car or lorry. But in most cases, time and time again we will still fall for similar tricks.

When will WE ever learn…??

It just goes to show that this song will have a place in our heart and we will whistle to it if we have made a genuine mistake.  Don’t feel sorry for yourself be in politics or in the corporate field and as we in audie61 love to instill in our staff,”MOVE ON…and lets whistle the bad away……..”

YOU ARE LEARNING…CONGRATULATIONS..!!!

PKR Padungan”Where is Baru Bian and the Missing Ones..?”

Nearly, a year has gone by on 16th October 2009 we wrote ,

PKR East Malaysia…In total Disarray.”

Nurul Izzah spoke with much venom and full of authority that PKR is a party for all Malaysians be it in Peninsular,Sabah and Sarawak and “We must present a United Front” and God willing we will be the government of the day and take over from BN. More will be published by the main stream media who were present  in full force.

“IS PKR SARAWAK HEEDING HER CALL..??

Pakatan Sarawak leaders from SNAP were represented by the SG Stanley Jugol and there was also a Perak Adun Assemblyman Tai Sing Ng. Dominique Ng the Padungan ADUN made his intentions known to the Padungan faithful that he will be putting his name up to join in the race to be nominated to be a Vice President of Central PKR. He also said that PKR Kuching cabang will be nominating Tian Chua for the posts of Deputy President.

A loyalists to Adun Padungan said to audie61 “IT IS INDEED A BOLD MOVE by the YB.He is daring and of course he does have his faults but we must give him credit for being one of the fighters for the recognition of September 16th Malaysia Day ”
