If you look at Effendy Norwawi in the eyes you will know he is saying to you”I Have never been away. He doesn’t need to say that “his heart and soul is with Sarawak through and through” as his Broad Smile and Body Mannerisms is enough to convince you SOMETHING STILL LACKS IN HIS BOOK HE IS WRITING.

In the past couple of weeks the rumour mills are in overdrive that there are indications that Effendy will be ready to take his rightful place as and when the present CM Taib decides to hand over. The heir to the Chair on the 22nd Floor will be known within the next 6 months as the PLANS and LAST JIGSAWS will be in place after Sarawaks 50th Anniversary,the UMNO and PBB ELECTIONS.

Within the inner circles of Taib there are already Plans in place if and when the “sword falls”. Effendy will not and would not want his “mentor’ to suffer the humiliation of many”world past leaders”and Taib himself also knows.

Taib knows his ‘loyalists” will eventually also be at someones mercy and will also have to distant themselves from him. Taib will need without question to put it in place or they say “CALL FOR STATE ELECTIONS DUE FOR 2016 SOONER OR EARLIER THAN EXPECTED IN 2014 FOR A FRESH MANDATE TO CONTINUE FOR ANOTHER 5 YEARS WHICH WILL TAKE TAIB PAST 80 years“ 

GE13 Effendy was more or less put in an position to counter balance the simmering rift between State and Federal leaders. It worked for Najib and BN eventhough it left a very distasteful “air of distrusts” within the component parties. The swirl will not stop and it will take its natural course and UMNO will not rock the boat just yet. Its not for the faint hearted.

Taib “We Stand United Towards GE13″

Two Political Secretaries to CM spoke to audie61 over the weekend with regards to UNITY as we approached the GE13. Their BIG BOSS CM Taib have already put the foot down and said in so many words,”Go down to the ground and ensure the message is filtered down and that the BN coalition is united as we enter the GE13.”

Natasha of audie61 pressed further on the question to one of the PBB allocated PS on Sarawak report’s allegation of the plot to topple CM. He said,’Too much fabrications and half truths on the Sarawak Report’s but going into the GE we will be united and the party itself will look after their own problems when the Party Convention hits top gear. We know what to do when the time comes”

Now is not the time but the Sarawak Report article hit the “touch point” of the party where it is really timely, which has unified the party to go into the GE13 to win all 14 seats allocated. Moreover,the Federal and State relations where political watchers have said is SOURED received a morale-booster as PM Najib came out openly to quashed all rumours once an for all when Najib said he has full confidence in Taib running Sarawak as long as its in the BN interests.

The Chap Goh Mei message to 10000 diners at MJC in Kuching Sarawak is an indicator that Najib has full confidence in Taibs leadership. This political endorsement  from PM Najib has seen Taib criss crossing the State of Sarawak and delivering the message loud and clear “Janji di Tepati” to give BN and Najib the clearest mandate to lead the country.

From Long Lama to Betong Taib has maintained that he has full confidence in BN candidates. Even yesterday Taib said,”To me,whichever candidate that flies the BN symbol of ‘dacing’ is the real BN candidate.William Nylau using the BN logo,vote him so that BN will win here.”

The PBB political secretary said,’My boss walks his talk and we should walk with him and ensure that reaches the ground. No question about that.!!”

The SPDP Political secretary meanswhile said,’There are now no last minute candidate or helicoptered party candidate. We lost Ba’Kelalan to PKR by 400 over votes is because the candidate was a last minute choice and in this respect going into the GE we have 4 seats and when we are united we will win all the 4 seats.

The party has stood solidly behind Barisan Nasional under the leadership of PM Najib and CM Taib eventhough we have lost 5 assemblyman and 1 MP. We have taken out the “traitors” and “enemies from within” the party and those loyalists will stand firm.

• Why your President mentioned that they will still be surprises of all places in Baram and Saratok?”
• Does that mean Anthony Nogeh and Tiong King Sing’s candidacy is finalised?
• Will the G5 group (BN Club) try to plant candidates and also go all out against SPDP?

Let me quote you from your President Mawan before you answer ,”There may be surprises. We will never know. I do not know and only the prime  minister knows. I don’t think we can rule it out.”

Mawan believed whatever decisions the prime minister take would be based on  the spirit of BN and he would not stray away from that.“We still need maximum cooperation from among the BN component parties and we  don’t want to contradict each other. The end result is getting maximum  cooperation and support from the people,”

The Political Secretary said fine all being said and done but going into the GE13,” the BN Coalition of PBB,SUPP and PRS will stand solidly behind our candidates in the 4 areas and we likewise will have our members fighting together as one united BN against be it Pakatan group in PKR,DAP or PAS and also against the so-called BN friendly SWP or independant candidates.

The G5 were sacked for insubordination against the party and the MP Tiki Laffe who is the incumbent for Mas Gading P192 will not be fielded and in place will be the party’s choice of Anthony Nogeh. As far as the party and grassroots are concerned he is the designated candidiate unless due to unforseen circumstances (you know… no need to mention) in place too will be a party CHOSEN candidate.

He further reiterated that Mawan’s words,”With the cooperation from the federal and state governments, whatever we can do  to assist from all angles, we should be able to win.”

On the plot to topple CM by certain quarters he said,”rumours,half-truths or fabrication can turn to be real and as usual we must remember this,”Sapa makan cili, dia la terasa pedas‘ (don’t play with fire,you might get burnt). We are solidly behind CM and CM knows what and how to handle the situation and we believe him.

He quoted this and this he reminded that in politics,‘We make our choices to follow. However one must not test one’s loyalties too far.” The same grouping in BN must fight all out as one and not to even look over their shoulders that their alliances will run away from them. Both must also take care of each other and eat the same meals “

The unity and comradeship shown by the BN4 Sarawak  should be commended as only when there is unity the BOND IS UNBREAKABLE.

Oh No! Here We go Again..

We are not trying to create uneasiness within PBB or BN Sarawak or trying to meddle into the internal affairs of the party PBB.  In all honesty, we are trying to FLUSH OUT those who are creating distrusts and INCEPTING INTO THE MINDS of those who are gullible to their game plans.

Shall we say this again{ please my English…. and don’t try to translate into Hockien or Henghua Chinese Dialect. Some might take offence and they themselves knows who they are} 

We have received from our intelligence sources that attacking Abang Johari would have been too obvious. So the diversionary strategy like their previous moves in our earlier articles is to attack the not too obvious.

They must have read lots of  Strategy Political Power books and surely they are sensing the opportunity and disregarding the danger:-”When fire breaks out inside the enemy’s camp,respond at once with an attack from without”-{If the enemy leaves a door open you must rush in}

Now FORT BETONG they have to take out and weaken its capabilities.

1. Is his Authority also faltering?

2. Does he still command as his orders now are not clearly understood?

3. Are there whispers in their ranks ?

4. Are some of them getting disillusioned.

Awang Tengah’s Men ” Oh My..Sarawak Report ..??”

The blame game started as soon as our first article on the subject matter hit the cyberworld. It does seem now that there is something more sinister which we did not want to address as it concerns”Black Magic or Bomohism“

There have been many phone calls plus some not so nice words exchanged to us. We were informed that the plot and evil plans have been in motion for sometime and it will surface soon. Awang Tengah’s men are now in denial and shifting gears to repair Collateral Damage. {  Which brings us back to the rivalries between the would-be successors to Taib himself. Currently, the man who is most feared and on the top of the heap is Awang Tengah, Assemblyman for Bukit Sari.

The old man had earlier rewarded Tengah’s apparent loyalty by giving him the position of Second Planning Minister, which has made the young minister astoundingly rich in a very short period.

To onlookers it seems that Taib no longer exerts any restraint over the greed of his family and followers. Such people are snatching what they can while they can, be it contracts, NCR land or remaining timber concessions.

This is because Tengah is getting stronger and even more stronger than Abang Jo and Adenan [Satem]. With his wealth, power and the big number of state assemblymen that he control, he can topple Taib anytime and be the next CM of Sarawak…. Tengah is actually a thug. I don’t want Sarawak in the situation of out from the tiger’s mouth, into the crocodile’s mouth” [insider speaking to Sarawak Report].

What is certain is that although Taib is clinging on to power, he will soon be gone. Both his sons, whom the old man had hoped would succeed him, have been ruled out of position (Abu Bekir because of his messy and scandalous divorce, which is still unresolved and Sulaiman because he has run away).

The situation leaves little comfort for the people of Sarawak unless they can rid themselves of BN and its in-fighting at the next election.

The Tiger was bad enough, but the Crocodile strikes fear even amongst the rich and powerful in Sarawak.}

Awang Tengahs men” Attack and Let Them Defend”

One would use nothing more nothing less than the war slogan”Kill or Be Killed” The uncertainties surrounding the KINGs rule is now firstly to ensure that all ADUNS who have a part to play in the NEW CABINET must be seen working and moving on the ground too.

It’s too clear and the question remains “WHY AND WHO ARE ASKING THEM TO MOVE EVERY WEEKEND? { say this..its because its GE13 soon…no way, my friend look deeper.you forgot someone is watching over your shoulder}

The modus operandi of the “infamous Ming Court attempt” must not be repeated openly as it turned ugly to say the least. Times have changed and now the opposition holds 16 State seats while BN has 55 seats.Obviously the KINGS divide and rule to ensure the safety net of holding on to power is diminishing by the day.

2013 will be very fascinating and intriguing as the group will try to move before GE13 but their COVER has been blown WIDE OPEN. It has reached the inner circles of the KING and the waiting game is painful to the many who fears that they will be found out/sought out/thrown out and fed to the wolves,with their amassed wealth consigned to be check by the authorities and even saying/swearing on any holy books will not help them.

A youthful and unintentional banter by the group saying” Crisis what Crisis?  is even thought as undermining the rule of the KING. They have even said “we stay together,we survive” and the usual whispering voices heard are “With Crisis comes Opportunity and we need to strike clean or our political careers are over like many before us.”

The writer has been down that road before without doubt and he knows now with experience on his side who the boss is and will not compromise the KINGS Chair for a small token of just praise.

Others will cash in on their follies and even an Asssitant Minister told me”some have pushed their agendas a bit too and did not read the repercussions which comes with it. The King was very watchful on this and he knows 1983 was when it started and happened with 1987 the peak time for the youthful group to move their agendas.

The King is nowhere near what he was in 1987 but he has read the moves very clearly and will move his pack of inner circles into an unknown territory and monitor them. My late grandfather told me once” whatever that comes from the tongue cannot be taken back” this is the rule of life and we need to be careful and money cannot buy it back{ Business we can still go around but this is politics-Sarawak Style{ some KINGS man must be shuffling their shoes and feet}

The title of Errand boy was used by many within the inner circles of the King and the Servant boys men have had enough of delivering whatever/swallowing whatever that comes their way. Their boss pride is so dented that they have been telling him”What has happened to your Maruah (Pride)? 

The past few months have seen the group criss/crossing Sarawak on  arranged programmes but with the intention of bisik,bisik {whispering campaign} which we have earlier written. Now it’s clear that even an SUPP Chinese YB is being touted to be given the DCM post. The 14 ADUNS have been also been roped in and with that of course the “goodies, appointments and elevation of office” which comes along when the PRIZED CHAIR is taken over.

Errand boy is still smiling and understandly so as he is seen as the close shadow of the King and will not let him out of reach. Forces close to the King are working out ways to diffuse the situation but it seems they are faced with Forces( …you should know??) .which are beyond them.

Federal leaders are watching closely and do not want the situation to engulf in flames before the GE13. On one hand they know that the Sarawak situation is delicate as the opposition have made substantial inroads in the Chinese areas and semi/urban constituencies too. 31 Parliamentary seats are up for grabs and two(2 are with DAP) while BN holds 29 others.

PBB will contest 14 seats,SUPP 7 PRS 6 and SPDP 4 in the coming GE. BN cannot afford to have infighting or wrestling of power as PBB will have elections after the GE. Whoever commands the majority will have major share in the destination of the CM’s chair. Unless there are serious challenges which there is a need to move the agenda forward the KING will have to play wait and see.

Awang Tengah’s men have 14 in the bag and 1 DCM ready. Are they patient enough..???

Awang Tengah”s Men Making their Moves..?”

We each have our own reasons to make the moves.

In the Lord of the Rings movie the ring was very “PRECIOUS” says Gollum. He wants it, he needs it and he practically betrays his own master.

In this succession and a follow up to the Trilogy -The road to the 22nd floor which is the Office of the Chief Minister of Sarawak there are undercurrents and it seems some people just cannot wait any longer.

Taib with half of his eyes closed still maintains that he knows what is happening. However his closest aides and relatives are uncomfortable and are very worried as the ones he has put his trusts have turned against him.

In the following days we would be putting it together to reveal how the trusted aides men have moved his man to inform business partners/associates to look towards the FUTURE and ABANDON Taib and also end Melanau rule.

It is not Awang Tengah himself but those associated with him they say.Are you buying that?

“PBB Infighting with ABU 9″

ABU slogan which is significantly used as a rallying cry by Third Force Politicians and NGO’s is catching on in Sarawak. ABU-Asalkan Bukan Umno (Anyone But Umno)  is nothing new as its main objective is to unite the rakyat to fight against Umno.

In 2008 former PM Mahathir used it as a platform to achieve his goal as singled out by this blog,”Dr Mahathir was quoted as saying “vote anyone but Umno” when he met the Chinese association leaders and told them to support the opposition, especially in Penang, then prime minister Tun Abdullah Badawi’s home state, resulting in the opposition taking over that state

PAS have even given its solid support as it intends to see an end to UMNO rule. One of PAS senior leader Vice President Mahfuz Omar even said ABU”This is not a merely political stage, but a movement by the rakyat… common people, vendors, housewives, goreng pisang sellers, nasi lemak sellers, all will make their stand.

ABU9 has been coined and does not need intellectual analysis to bring it down to the PBB grassroot leaders. The whole idea is also part of a bigger picture where significant HIDDEN HANDS are plotting and scheming to put their DEAR LEADER in place to take over the throne which is the CM chair.

CM Taib is now at the mercy of the plotters and it very much points to his political survival. GREED has got the better of the plotters behind the scene as they need all the power they can amass to ensure that they are in control of the whole State and are able to bargain with their CHIPS in hand on the political negotiating table.

audie61 took pains to piece this together after one of the so-called Generals have come out openly in speaking foul of a number of the MPs in PBB . The SPDP5 and SUPP7 are part of the jigsaw.ABU9 has justs to work and it will see the end of the the Taib regime and era. The plotting team knows that  all hell will break loose in the state when Taib eventually goes.

Don’t say NO as reality is painful and the political wannabees are justs waiting for this moment.

We investigated further as the spark has been lighted..We sms/text MP Nancy Shukri from Batang Sadong constituency as she is one of the 9 being mentioned,’MORNING YB audie61  have been getting a lot of negative comments from sources in PBB n others and understand there is ABN against u.Anyone but Nancy for GE13.We meet or u prefer to dispel it with an uploaded article.let me know tks.”

MP Nancy replied,Hi Audie,thks for ur info.As far as I am concerned I just do my work less politicking but I am aware of some people who prefer to see me sitting down as a fool n consult so n so on everything so tht there is reason to change me.the best source is to go on the ground to get the report but not fr d so called IT literates.GOD KNOWS whoever does it will be paid for their own doings be it positive  or negative.I just carry on with my wrk.thks.”

Next we turn our attention to Batang Lupar MP Rohani who is presently Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism. She was elected PBB MP from 1990 and GE13 if nominated will be going into her 6th term. There has been comments ranging from her distancing herself from the grassroots to her having the ‘tidak apa” attitude and also the “terrible sickness” excuse to see her replaced.

The movement ABR-anyone but rohani is gaining momentum and grassroot leaders in the exco committee are being given “poison juices” to see an end to one of PBB’s loyal servants.

An close confidant of Rohani and a staunch ally of CM Taib was not all  too happy with all the accusations and also the plotters behind the scene talking to us over the phone towards Rohani.The aide made an effort too by taking pains to reply via sms/text to audie61:-

“Anyway, it would be good if you could go ahead with the story as this would create some sort  of space for my boss to highlight the issue and reply to the media properly.

If the issue is not played up,then it will remain rumours only and there will be no real platform/reason for my boss to address the issue properly.

Anyway, my boss have always stated and informed the people she is still the present official representative of the people  in the area and will continue to serve the people to the best of her ability.She has been working hard on the ground for the people and the people in the area knows that is the TRUTH.

On being chosen or not to defend the parliament seat in the coming GE3 she is leaving the top level leadership of the country and the state to decide what would be best for the party and for the people.

On the issue of other people wanting to be the new MP of the area,she welcome the spirit of wanting to serve the people, and wont stop these people from going around,as in Malaysia is a democratic country after all.However,her one and advice was to be fair,and don”t spread lies saying that she is ill or not working hard for the people,as this is never true.

The people are welcomed to check her FB account,Rohani Abdul  karim and see that she has been on the ground serving (N22,N23,&N24) and also all over Malaysia fulfilling her role as Federal Deputy Minister.”

ABN and ABR are but two(2) of the MPs being plotted to be replaced to ensure the NEW KING’s ascension to the throne will be realised. The others targetted for sacrifice in PBB are Leo Toyad,Wahab Dollah,James Dawos, Ahmad Lai, Sulaiman Taib,Douglas Uggah ,Wan Junaidi.

The ABU9 ground has already shaken and before it explodes in CMs eyes the plotters have also mentioned that these MPs are not winnable and will be rejected by the people and the BN grassroots. They are very dangerous to the point that they do not mind to sabotage and even go to the extend of informing the PM,DPM and BN-SG that BN will loose the seat if they are fielded.

The lists of ABU9 is very much of their game plan. The bargaining chips are with them and their resources are backed with millions being bankrolled from ill gotten wealth. The cronies knows that they have to have a tightleash on the CMTaib as they know CM needs them.

CM Taib has mentioned that he is willing to step down without much fanfare (graciously)after the State elections. However,fearing that CM Taib will not bestow their anointed KING as the legitimate beholder to the Chair they hatched the plan.

It was first hatched at the Marriot in Miri. how,ironic that it has all the hallmarks of another M-”MING COURT 1987 KUALA LUMPUR’  Efforts have also been made to revive/register new parties but so far it has been futile. Word has it now they are looking at a political vehicle with initials”P.S.T”

Our military sources and intelligence have even asked us,”Is it true that Taib is leading PBB away from BN?” Hell it that is true says a youth leader in PBB and this rumour mongers are targetting the CM for their own survival. They are in coho0ts not with the Top-2 BN  leaders but those within reach of the PM’s chair too.

They say when there is no wind the tress will not ruffle and this PBB inviting is like “Retak menanti belah”{a crack waiting to break-a malay proverb meaning trouble is going to blow up) There are many unusual signs cropping up and it seems too that many natives(NCR) land issues are being brought up openly and blaming the CM Taibs adminstration and Taib himself will be also be blown away like the ABU9.

ABU9 will turn to ABT(almost bye2 Taib) if Taib himself justs watches from high ground.Taib knows his battlefield and he does read into Sun Tzu but his efforts could be derailed which of course could happen if he himself is being played out by his closest aides and powerhungry and greedy like advisors.

Sun tzu would be proud if Taib,”knows whats coming and applies the theories to his advantage in the infighting within PBB he will definitely win.He who knows them not,and,therefore,is unable to apply them,will definitely lose.

Taib is being manhandled,lied and also at times the rumours have circulated so much that Taib has certainly lose control of some of the State leaders but also his personal live.  The SPDP5 and SUPP7 crisis was believed to be concocted and planned in such a way and the blame game will be directed to CM himself.

PBB has many good actors and even the signs are clear that there’s TROUBLES ahead and that they are involved its not absolutely crystal clear unless the man delivering the ”poisonous juices” are caught  redhanded. Its always calm and normal before a storm.

Did not Salleh Jafaruddin on 24th april 1985 said and made a pledge,”I will live and die with PBB”? Did we not hear a similar pledge from a senior minister recently in the mainstream media,”We will sink and swim with BN.?”

If the reports of a meeting between the Hidden hand and the current Opposition leader is true it will throw a lot of uneasiness and throw more distrusts upon the Prime Minister Najib towards the Chief Minister Taib. We are indeed waiting for the photographs to be unleashed.

We asks ourselves this question.? Has CM Taib trusted the wrong advisor or is he justs playing politics for survival?

Surely,the CM knows that his ABU9 is under attack from the person who wants to see an end to his rule.

How come the names of Henry Sum Agong,Fadillah Yusof,Alex Linggi,Hasbi Habibollah and Norah Abdul Rahman are not even mentioned in the same breadth as the ABu9?

 Are they omitted purposely as they are part of the plotting team?

One would remember these words from a PBB Senior Minister,”“At the moment, the party leadership is evaluating their performances, and those who are not up to the mark will be dropped,” It does seem CM Taib is letting his ministers talk on his behalf and is more or less being hung like a puppet or we rather put it nicely GUILLOTINED .

A former newspaper editor said,”I do not want to be seen to tell the CM that he is in trouble as I need to look after my livelihood.” Who doesn’t? But when lies,deception and uneasiness creeps into Sarawak with some foreign hands involved something needs to be done we said.

Sarawak is not anyones land and this land says a PBB youth belongs to Sarawakians. If there are so many wrongs directed to CM Taib with accusations,allegations and misappropriation there musts be a GREEDY AND POWER HUNGRY person in the background.

CM Taib is already 75 years old and do tell me he wants to cement more. His legacy ‘politics of development’ would be washed away in an instant and he will be known as CM who doesn’t care about the people.

The root of the matter is that the people who are alongside him are doing all they can to maintain their grip on this power.They would not care one moment that the local Sarawakians call CM Taib,”KAMBING HITAM“

Do they care about LEGACIES?

CM Taib have spent nearly 48 years of his life as public and political leader to Malaysia and Sarawak and it is not right for them to justs blow it away in less than a minute.

Taib “Leap of Faith”

The succession to Sarawak’s CM glittering throne is again up for grabs. Many are questioning the CM for his ‘waiting game’Justs when is the appropriate time for him to let go?

WHY DOESN’T HE IS JUSTS RELINQUISH WHEN HE IS VERY MUCH IN CONTROL..??

He won the State elections handsomely especially with his party PBB with a 100% return out of 35 seats. 13 seats which fell to the opposition are the semi/urban Chinese seats of SUPP while rural seats two in SPDP and one PRS can be attibuted mainly to infighting and wrong choice of candidates.

One school of thought said,’Why should he go when he has the mandate of the rakyat for another 5 years term.?” He has delivered for Barisan National but there are ”some” overzealous leaders who are working overtime to see an end to Taibs  rule. They certainly have been plotting daily and making Taib not only feeling “angry” on a number of occasions already” but also purposely revealing chunks of unbelievable mayhem of articles which seriously are ’disturbing his peace of mind”

When the ‘shit first hit the fan” many legislators and strong link business partners took amongst themselves to rally and fight for their dear leader. Some when even as far as getting the right messages across which we just need to remind them with words as,”Hidup Taib” etc etc.

 Do not need to be reminded do we.?

Taib doesn’t need to be forced out which would be rather humiliating. Frank Sinatra would be very proud of him if Taib justs do it his own way. The song lyrics are very clear ,”And Now the end is near and I face the final curtain…”

Don’t worry Taib needs only to take the leap of faith and wink his eyes to the RIGHT and there will be others who would be joining him to retire gracefully. More would certainly just exit at the right time as a New Successor in place would have mean ’replacements” are certainly in place.

Taib has said that he will live in good time and knowing the character of the man many are justs using all methods and ways to try to oust him out. The top leaders might not be in directly involved in the scheming and hatching of the plans for succession but indirectly the trail does lead back.

Do you recall this article in September,”Zaini Hassan who wrote in Utusan where he made a “ subtle call to Abdul Taib Mahmud today to step down in order to save Sarawak BN, telling him to heed the lesson the Terengganu BN learnt in 1999.” Justs lasts weekend another Utusan Malaysia reporter played the same kind of music but disguised to provoke CM Taib.

WE ALL KNOW where its coming from. Clear isn’t it?

Politics is all about Power and given Power to some of them they will try to take out the next person who they see as a threat for their survival. They will derail,deprive and disband the forces surrounding the leader and will remove him when the minutest of opening presents itself. Taib is already seen as having absolute control over the affairs in the State and will not ‘bow’ easily to threats,intimidation and fear tactics which he has mastered nearly 50 yers in service for State and Federal.

He is buying time to ensure that his pet project” the SCORE is not been shelved but carried out soonest before he calls time. His closest aides are telling him to take his time eventhough he himself feels that all is in place for him to justs take the Leap of Faith.

Certainly there are many names (see below Sarawak Trilogy Part 1,2 and Final) and calibre persons who will step in to see to the smooth transitional and move forward Sarawak State. Whoever takes over from Taib will not have it easy as he has used his political astuteness and manouverings to helm the State for well over 30 years.

You will have your own favourite Son of Sarawak to take over but do you know who is the anointed one yet…??  Wait..Taib has yet to take the LEAP OF FAITH

If I spell out his name now for the 22nd floor here your first reaction would be,”No,lah cannot be,Certainly not him.After convincing -{ you my friend you that is } - it will be followed with next,”Would he really.?Why CM Taib recommend him ho !”

A source revealed to us in so many words,”Has anyone ever thought of Michael Leo Toyad now that he has embraced Islam and is now known as Muhammad Leo Michael Toyad Abdullah. He is after all a Melanau and is the current MP for Mukah. He has served as deputy minister of foreign affairs in 2004 and as Minister of Tourism in 2006. Surely,he cannot be far off from CMs mind can he?

Dark horses are appearing and depending on who it is from and even politicians who have fallen by the wayside comes very highly recommended. I am sure if we asks anyone that this is the person….,” -Do you think so? There will be more yes and only a few murmurs of don’t know.”

Effendi Norwawi fits the bill and he has also served as Federal Minister in Agriculture (1999 – 2004 and also Minister in Prime Minister’s office in charge of economic planning. Well will he fit in again especially so when he doesn’t seem to have strong grassroots?

The mandate has already been achieved and CM Taib has already been sworned in despite saying that he will step down after the elections.Did he say he will? The successor as always has been a mystery while some have chosen to quietly postulate their own theories. Each will have his own whos and whys certain names and parties are in contention.Mosts of the time its thought-provoking.

We know very well that PBB by virtue of being the largest political party in Sarawak will have a major say in the successor to the Chair as it has been returned with a majority of 35 seats. The component parties in PRS,SUPP and SPDP will also be consulted as the CM is also the Chairman of the State Barisan National coalition.

The political wheel is spinning faster than ever now and CM Taib has indeed been busy lately  putting into place the rightful heir to the coveted chair. Its not a question of who and who should be says Assistant Minister Stephan Rundi and PBB SG but who will be able and capable to fill the vaccum left by him after helming for 30 years as Chief Minister of Sarawak. He has in mind who but knowing CM he will do so at the right and appropriate timing.

In part 2 we mentioned,””You can’t try to force him as he knows how to turn the tables on you, as he had done in the past. Some political hopefuls tried to force him out but in the end, they ended up in political oblivion.”

Cordial Federal and State relations in itself is a big tasks which musts be buttered well. It is not only harmonising influences of the leadership PM to CM vice vesra.One must have it in him to defuse delicate policy disagreements or conflict especially when there are differences which needs to be ironed out.

CM Taib has often pointed out that the ability and willingness of both leaders to learn from both ends to continually perceive each others strengths and weaknesses,and work towards a common front and in the interests of the nation. Taib knows that the present situation is critical and volotile.He knows that he or his man must not have any thoughts of confrontational approach and all matters must be solved through coordinated negotiations through consultative methods.

The GE13 will have a huge bearing on the outcome to see whether if CM Taib continues to lead Sarawak.  A SUPP appointed EXCO member said,”Look at the mathematics and tell me if I am wrong. 308 spelt it as 140-82 now Pakatan seemingly less with the frog-jumpers.

Sarawak with 29 out of 31 seats is and still will be BN stronghold. Do you believe that? Do you believe BN will be in power after GE13? The chinese have left in droves to support DAP as they see SUPP as a lame duck and with no more spine left.

We (SUPP) losts 13 out of 19 state seats but the CM has the mandate to lead Sarawak for another 5 years. He moved swiftly been sworn in the night at 10.30pm knowing that he has already achieved the mandate and the trusts by the people of Sarawak.

He does not want to be manipulated by the arms twisting of some Federal leaders. He was proven right and pushed back the movement against his on going rule as CM a few steps back.

Some of the Federal leaders knows that BN Sarawak will tilt if too much harressment and pressure is stepped up on CM to relinquish his chair.It does remain though the PM in office now needs to work closely with the State administration and the CM in office is of utmosts importance. Sarawak is not under UMNO rule and thus PBB knows that they have all the bargaining chips.

WHOSE MY BOY..?? 

The Prime Minister knows that he still needs to cajole Taib as Sarawak BN has 29 seats and mosts of the members of parliament  if not all are with CM Taib in any decision making which is for the better good of the state. A “few” has been  tempted to betray with promises of positions and power but they were very soon found out.  

The leaders who have made their voices heard intentionally or by default are listed as Alfred Jabu,Abang Johari,Awang Tengah,Adenan Satem,Fadillah Yusof,Douglas Uggah,Effendy Norwawi,James Masing and William Mawan. Some of them are down in the lists but they are not necessarily out of the picture. CM is keeping their names in the drawer next to his bed.

CM has even now put the name of Muhammad Leo Toyad in the drawer. We cannot even rule out Stephan Rundi for that matter as he is young and also capable in his own right. In jest.he said Azahari Ali in the 22nd floor and that he is telling us that he has read part 1 and does not want to be ruled out.

Emeritus Professor meanwhile posted another mosts unlikely question,”Have we considered all options for CM Taib.? We can write here but knowing that you are as illusive as the Da Vinci Code mystery we need to look closely from all angles and in particular the edited picture in question.

 Am I correct said the Professor? The political situation is so fluid at the moment and CM Taib is in no hurry to step down. PM Najib himself is not about to gamble on losing an ally who will ensure he stays on and continues as PM.

PMs  next assignment will surely be the Parliamentary elections for CM Taib?  CM Taib delivers he benefits and he will continue to serve until he decides to let go . PM Najib has to abide with the warlords who are giving him a lot of heat.

UMNO’s message is clear to Sarawak.You deliver we stay out and if BN Sarawak garners less than 25 seats out of 31 it does and will affect the final tallying of who makes it to Putrajaya BN or Pakatan.

It has already started with whispers and words exchanged to Putrajaya that if Taib is still the CM when the nation goes for elections a number of Sarawak seats will suffer the consequences. The PM’s office are watching and closely guarding the sentiments on the ground and they will not chance it as every available seat won is important in the final tally.

Abang Johari’s cronies are working overtime and painting a very bleak picture of Sarawak if  Taib still remains as they enter the parliamentary elections. The political shift and movement of forces are anything but cordial amongst the many political rivals to the chair. They may appear as friends in front with their pleasantries but once the backs are turned all ’hell’ is let out to wander.

CM Taib with over 48 years in the political arena is not just about to throw in the towel in the ring and cave in. He knows all is real the infighting and he is determined to see it through till he decides in totality to give it to the rightful heir apparent. Taib is the master,he plans well and will not want his plan to fail. He will ensure that whoever wants the coveted chair will need to adhere to the following:-

CM is a master chameleon and with his machiavelli ways he will ensure that the timing is so precise and he will not leave any thing to chance. Even his lists of new cabinet minister assuming he names them in SEPTEMBER he musts go through them at least seven(7) times before he endorses it fully.

In this day and age any false move by Taib will have detrimental consequences not only to him but also to Sarawak.The social media’s ability to pass information,fuelling,shaping and exchanging reactions have already drawn the perception of life without him at the helm. He knows it and his plans are surely falling into place.

A knot is being tied on the legs of the 3′A’s + 1 which we mentioned in part 1 and for CM to come down he needs all of them  in question to work harmoniously and tackle all issues together before he even dares to sleep with both eyes closed.

At the end the Federal leaders will try their bests to name their boy but from what has been circling around in the State Capital of Kuching this is CM’s strongest message yet. At the 23rd commemoration of Kuching city CM said ,’hopefully we meet again on the 25th anniversary of (Kuching)
