Joey of audie61 picked this story up from an internet blog. Who says that there are no factions within the PBB circles. It seems the melanaus from different coastal areas are not always at PEACE with each other and there are bound to be frictions like most political parties experience. PBB will not be an exception and they always practise the TREE SHAKING METHOD…

The article is as follows:-

Chief Minister Political Secretary, Abu Seman Jahwie is the one and only ordinary member of Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) serving as an Elected Member of Sarawak State Legislative Assembly and holding important position in party HQ.

Abu Seman hailed from Kampung Hilir Bawang, Matu, graduated with Bachelor of Economics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and was also the former Senior Assistant Director of Customs for 23 years before joining in politics.

Presently, he is the Assistant Secretary-General of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Sarawak and was once the Assistant Branch Head for PBB N.38, Jemoreng.

Elected as N.38, Jemoreng state assemblyman since May, 20, 2006.

The most widely publicised Jemoreng representative, however, was missing from the news and group photograph when it matters most.

Seman used to be deputy branch chief to Datuk Abdul Wahab Dollah at PBB Jemoreng set up but was ironically not attending the branch TGM held at Kingwood Resort recently.

His place is now taken by Nawarwi Rabani, a local businessman while Wahab was returned uncontested. It is widely known that Seman is very close with the Awang clans lead by the three musketeers, Datuk Awang Tengah Ali Hassan, Datuk Seri Mohd Asfia Awang Nassar and Awang Bujang Awang Antek. Seman is PBB deputy secretary general at HQ level despite being what Taib describe as “First Termer”.

Whereas the low profile  Wahab whom is serving as Igan MP now is known as a lone ranger that recently was being seen friendly to the Awang rival, the Abang gang.

The fight between Tengah and Asfia with Wahab had been taking place long long long time ago, and is an open secret, that only PBB president Pehin Seri Abdul Taib Mahmud could “try” to mediate.

Sources very close to Demak Jaya revealed that recently Asfia and Seman met Taib, trying to seek favour. Unfortunately, being a fair father to all, Taib told Seman to attend the TGM organised by Wahab. Seman however did not.

A letter was also issued requesting for the postponement of the TGM, but it was not taken seriously because the directive does quote “President” decree.

It was not immediately known whether the Awang gang will make fuss over the issue and turn PBB into another chaotic member of Barisan Nasional (BN) joining the likes of Sarawak National Party, Parti Bansa Dayak Sarawak (PBDS) and most recently Dudong Not Very United People Party, ooops Sarawak United People Party (SUPP).

The noise over interference from PBB headquarters at branch meeting are ruling coffee shop and sms are showering Sarawak Update including those originating from Sarawak corridor of powers.

To date, three popular youth chief have lost while many incumbent deputy branch chairman are being replaced in proxy wars as party TGM are by and large, game of numbers.

One of the most popular deputy branch chairman that comes out in the newspaper almost every fortnight, if not more, had become the largest casualty

NEW “Sarawak Party”-SARS

November 16, 2009

Its in the news again. Affendi Jeman protem chairman has sent the applications in for  registering Agenda Rakyat Bumiputera Sarawak(ARBS) He was quick to point out to audie61  on the phone that there are indeed certain quarters in Sarawak who opposed  the formation of the party.

There are voices who even said,”Ingin.ingin jadi YB tetapi Kacau Daun saja” and a close associate even said that he has heard from various sources that “Affendi is now very indecisive as he is seen wearing two caps now( protem chairman of JPUNS too-Jawatankuasa penaja UMNO Negeri Sarawak.)

audie61 asks Affendi,”Why just Bumiputera only?” The reason being that there are a lot of Chinese mixed ethnic races who feels that they would be deprived of this new political platform. This is the rallying call of Sarawakians at the moment.  It was this statement ,”we ,as a “penaja”(promoters) of ARBS,believe only the rakyat of Sarawak have the right to analyse and decide the future of ARBS.

He was tongue tied for a moment but as a politician he wriggled out of it and said that we will AMEND  THE CONSTITUTION  to suit the people/voters. Mixed parentage constitute to a very largepercentage of the total population of Sarawak and they will determine whether you are able to win the seat or not.

If ARBS is given the legal rights to start a party by ROS they will go on the ground and inform the people of their vision, mission and struggle. Of course we would even try to coax Rayong and Adit if their intentions are similar to us. That was when the brainwaves worked overtime as we spoke on local politics involving SUPP and PRS for the time being. There are no clear cut solutions to problems besetting human beings or parties but it is in the bests interests of the whole TEAM if all is well and solved constructively.

Fancy this-Its just food for thought to the BN Sarawak government in putting together the YB rebels  into one camp and let them look after the 4 constituencies. (Dudong,Ngemah,Engkilili and Pelagus) Whats wrong with just one swing of the pen the ROS will register the party on the advice of the Chief Minister.

There has been too much bickering amongst the component parties and even now the Youth Chief of SUPP Sih Hua Tong is being dragged into the picture. It will get ugly as if this virus is not stopped it will escalate out of control.

Nothing concrete on the matter of SARS party being put together just yet. Larry on his part as a very accomodative YB and looking at the bigger picture then has met up with Adit and Johnicol Rayong during the PRS crisis period to lure them into BN/PRS. Stop of shortchanging anyone Dr.Soon would be an appropriate leader for this entity SARS as it will enable SUPP to stop all this nonsensical bickering and infighting between the leaders which has seen the Chinese support waning and SUPP might just be wiped out in the next State elections.

WHY SARS- initally the founding members will be the various YBS names which are Soon,Adit,Rayong and Sng. This is to prevent any arguments on who should lead the party as Dr.Soon will head the party with Adit as Deputy, Rayong as Senior Vice President and Larry as Secretary General. The other positions will be filled by each YB contributing  6 names each which will see a full Supreme Council be put in place when the ROS approves the registration of SARS-Party It will be appropriately be known as Sarawak Alliance Reforms Socialist  Party.

The virus will have gone one full circle and now we are more attune to H1N1. It is indeed a solution which the cM might just be considering which we are not aware of. However audie61 have had the benefit of even talking about swapping seats earlier and also a Borneo Party. This might just turn out to be a reality and some smses sent out to various component party members have received very positive responses and they are looking forward to whether it will MATERIALISE.

Nothing is impossible  in politics and strange bedfellows  have emerged as sleeping under one roof.

PKR Sarawak Targets N22

November 11, 2009

N22 SEBUYAU (7549) Julaihi Narawi (BN-PBB) incumbent said in 2006 he sees a need for his constituency to have more infrastucture developments in the form of basic amenities like electricity supply and phone lines. There is also an urgent need to make the people of Sebuyau realise the importance of education in raising their living standards.

audie61 has had the benefit of meeting up with the YB of this constituency on several occassions and he has come across as a likeable, reserved and approachable  and works his talk. He has a degree in Literature from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia but come this State election he will once again cross swords with his common enemy.

In the last couple of elections he has withstood the challenge of Mohamad Akek of Keadilan and defeated his opponent with ease. It seems that in the last couple of weeks PKR has stepped up with their activites and has made certain inroads with former PBDS candidate stepping up a notch and up the ante. Former PBDS President and a supporter of PKR Daniel Tajem has even been spent a night in the kampong in providing a much needed boost for the opposition front.

Hornbill unleashed has come out with an article ” Whom shall we trusts.?” Audie61 swung into action and cornered one of those who stood on a PBDS ticket in 1991 against Julaihi. He said that the article is timely but PKR needs to really put things in order if they are serious in turning the bastion of BN over and create even a wave and let alone  a tsunami of some sort.

He further reiterated that there should be in place all the small committees as what PBDS had in its quests in the infamous Ming Court Affair. Don’t forget that PBDS managed to wrestle 15 seats? A PKR stategists in Sarawak is putting in place the persons and the seats which the party hopes to make inroads and give BN more than a HEADACHE.

Anwar should trusts the PKR boys in Sarawak not to let him down this time round. Of course there were a lot of detractors and traitors especially from what we have learnt from the recent Lubok Antu by elections . PKR knows that Sarawak is a huge state and the economics of it all is that a substantial  amount of money is needed to cover the costs of PKR candidates standing against BN.

PKR however needs to really do its ground work and whoever is chosen to face the might of the BN in each constituency needs to  forego personal interests and ego to ensure the party win its allocated seat.

If and when the negative approach of the candidates who are not chosen and close ranks BN will still win big says the formr defeated candidate of N22. If the hierarchy of PKR says that Akek is the candidate I will stand behind him and ensure that Julaihi will not have it easy. If on the otherhand the PKR leadership sees that I am most suited to challenge I hope that Mohamad Akek will stand behind me. Afterall we are now together in the same team to wrestle this seat and unless we join forces Pakatans dream in Sarawak is just a mere HALLUCINATION AND A DISTANT DREAM.

The infighting according to a founder member of PKR needs to stop. He said that eventhough Anwar is giving all his strenght and direction in wrestling the Federal Government and has more or less entrusted it to Baru Bian as Sarawak liason chief Sarawak will only fall  if the Fedral government caves in in the next 13th GE. The battle line  is already drawn and Sarawak PKR needs to buck up or miss the boat when and if tere is a NEW DAWN3as what Anwar preaches.

The dayaks if united under PKR will be a major force and if divided into the various parties like PBB,SUPP,PRS and SPDP will remain forever be disunited. So will Anwar trusts the dayaks to come good he asked…???

The multi racial platform of PKR will be tested to its fullest in the next State elections and PKR leadership needs to look not only at N22 but also the rests of the 70 seats in hand and how to go into battle together with DAP,PAS and SNAP in the next State election. The two party system if approved would be an injection booster as the PLATFORM of a two party system would be in place. Its then up to the people to vote for their choice and no matter who the party fills the bond is an added strenght in itself.

N22 the incumbent YB Julaihi will know that he has his hands full and he will need all his experience to pull through as this battle will be his strongest yet as the opposition candidates are already willing to assist each other and win Sebuyau an add another feather for Anwars leadership. Najib and CM Taib will be watching closely the activities surrounding N22 and they will ensure that the incumbent has got his battle gear and machinery fully oiled.

                       http://audie61.wordpress.com/2009/09/25/sarawak-opposition-parties-look-at-the-lists/

20 seats out of 48 seats in 1987 and the Maju group nearly did it. 15 seats were won by PBDS and 5 seats by Permas. If the CM has the “Inspiration” he might just call the early elections in 2010 just a year short of the full term. 23 years later after 1987 and the seats have increased to 71.

The major opposition players now are PKR,DAP,SNAP and PAS while BN are PBB,SUPP,PRS and SPDP. According to a political analyst the chances of the opposition toppling the State BN it will take a major shift from the electorate to stop supporting BN or NOT UNLESS there is an EXTRA ORDINARY MIRACLE OF DIVINE INTERVENTION.

The most obvious one we could envisage is CM being returned to the Almighty Creators Arms and there might be serious infighting within BN/PBB. This is truly a long shot.Don’t dream….hmmm

Even that with PKR having a new man at the helm his team needs to seriously look into the lineup which has been proposed before he takes office as the new Liason Chief of PKR Sarawak. Known as a no nonsence man Baru Bian according to few who knows him he needs to put his foot down and hopefully he plays his part as a politician and not a full blooded lawyer when he assesses the situation and groundswell of the names proposed by the so called lobbyists.

Of course if he can wrestle the State that will be an achievement but even to wrestle the Malay and Bidayuh seats will take some doing. A few days ago we wrote about Sarawak Advertisement N31 and we know we created more than a few ripples in the Bidayuh hinterland. There are some who told me that I hit the NAIL AT WHERE I WANT IT TO BE with this statement,There are a number of calibre people around but it seems that your PKR boys/Political scientists we call them here..haha are not doing enough or just plain SELFISH LOOKING AFTER THEIR OWN POSITIONS

As for the Iban areas many say its a forgone conclusion with too many Iban infighting and factions which has appeared and the seams are irrepairable and how many will give PKR Ibans a GHOSTS OF A CHANCE. It will be better served if SNAP is given a number of seats to contests in their predominantly strong areas. It must also be noted that SNAP has also losts its Invicibility of previous elections.

I was taken aback by some young Intelellectual Ibans who said to audie61 that if the remnants of the partyless PBDS were to revived the party it will be a different ball game. 1983 was when James Masing and his group started the revolution and till today he reminds himself of that with his car No as 1983. Were they trying to tell me something and they said the “Burning ambition of the Young and Dangerous might just light up another 1983 leader.” The whole group (band of brothers)was in that age group in their 30s and James Masing in 1987 was 38 years old.

Will 2010 or 2011 churn out another young group and bring their political ambitions forward. We know that History has a way of repeating itself BUT it seems that the dayaks are too divided and there is too much fighting amongst themselves that there is still TOO MUCH DARKNESS AHEAD FOR THEM.

DAP will certainly capture more Chinese seats and even wrestling 15 out of 18 seats on offer in the Chinese dominated constituency is not impossible. PAS will have difficulties but if they are given 2 seats to concntrate their full machinery on and it must be  predominantly malay, in the interior and coastal areas they might just surprise the BN/PBB candidates.

There are certainly a lot of work that still needs to be done and as a PKR Wanita Exco has previously said,’ This is our bests cahnce and if we dont grab it there will not be another . Baru Bian will have his hands full and he will need to exercise caution as there are NO MORE SECOND CHANCES FOR HIM IN THIS POLITICAL MINEFIELD. Every step he takes he must be mindful that he does his homework as its too easy to criticize others until you take the helm. Its very lonely on the top and he needs both hands to protect his throat from being SLIT. We wrote about him joining PKR about 1 and half years ago and to be pushed forward to helm the PKR machinery in Sarawak is no easy tasks.

There will be some who will say Baru is from a minority ethnic group . It doesnt matter though and Im sure his man surrounding him will know how to cover him or do they need to? Simple,CM Taib is a Melanau and do we need to explain further.

The next State elections will be interesting no doubt and given the BN machinery and stability especially in PBB it will still be a Herculean Tasks for the opposition to denyBN even a 2/3rd majority. 1987 it was very nearly and will 2010/2011 The GODS are on the oppositions favour. Something tells me they need to PRAY HARDER….

Updated and Breaking News 5.08pm :- Zaid is going on leave ONLY as he has completed his first tasks in PKR as the prime mover in getting the parties on a Common Footing. He will not leave PKR if thats what everyone is speculating..Seems someone else Azmin is getting more wrath especially with his not SO SECRET dealings with Sng according to a reliable source.

Updated and Breaking News from Malaysiakini at 3.53pm :-PKR leader and former minister Zaid Ibrahim today announced that he will be going on a six-month leave, strengthening rumours that all is not well in the opposition party

A grassroot PKR member told audie 61 that ,” In East Malaysia at the moment there are too much infighting within the party and this is bad news. Only the man himself meaning Anwar can save PKR in East Malaysia from engulfing into flames. There was a lot of hope and believe when Anwar was the PKR Liason Chief in Sabah and Sarawak but as soon as he relinquished his posts to Azmin and Mustaffa respectively the CEMENTED CRACKS appeared again.”

audie61 was informed that we have been covering too many BN articles(personalities in BN) and we are going on a lopsided trail.  Just going throught the internet blogs we can see for ourselves that all is not too well in PKR and there is a cause for concern.

  1.  Malaysiakini report -Sabah Chief throws tantrum
  2.  The People’s Parliament-New Sabah PKR Chief Ahoy
  3. The Malaysianinsider- Discord In PKR over Zaid.
  4. Zorro-Unmasked-Rumble a LA West side story

Has Anwar losts the plot in the two states in East Malaysia..? There have been too many NEGATIVE  reports and we reposts it here for all to evaluate, discuss, digress and to recheck the direction of the party and its struggles. Have you joined the party to be embroilled in all this petty squabbling?

From Sabah in Malaysikini report,” Yes, we are unhappy that Azmin seems to be in the pocket of Sng Chee Hwa of Sarawak,” confirmed both divisional chiefs. He turns up at Anwar’s house every time with Sng in tow. We don’t know what kind of hold Azmin has over Anwar and that disturbs us. Something is just not right here.”

PKR headquarters,”Several PKR leaders here believe that by going to Sabah and Sarawak, Zaid would be sending the wrong signal and not showing solidarity with party headquarters.

Mustaffa on Sarawak Liason Chief,”It is up to Anwar and PKR president Wan Azizah Wan Ismail to appoint someone who they think can lead the party in Sarawak. I know that they have found somebody. It is a matter of time when they will announce the name of the person.”

On Gabriel Adit PKR YB in Sarawak,”is already going around the longhouses bragging that he will soon be talking to Anwar as an equal” once his new party is set up.

A veteran politician told audie61 that it is indeed a timely reminder to all those who aspire to reach the pinnacle of their chosen profession in politicst o follow the age old statement,”Good Man Will Never make it in Politics and One has to be RUTHLESS PLUS BEING SELFISH  to achieve your dream.” History does not lie too he said.

What is happening in PKR or for that matter in Pakatan is indeed not healthy but its a political process of reengineering itself. UMNO went through that process and with Najib in the helm now there seems to be some sort of Light at the end of the Tunnel as UMNO was basking and flickering through past glories without any direction.

Najib seems to be able to get a grib of things with his hands on attitude and Anwar will need also to keep a tight leash or the breakup of PKR In East Malaysia will be sooner rather than later. In simpler terms the “INFIGHTING AND NONSENSICAL ATTITUDES have to STOP or we might just ready a TOMBSTONE with “BORN …..and DIED………”

PKR in East Malaysia needs to be CRUEL TO BE KINDin order to realise Anwars slogan,” A New Dawn”  or else you and I would be saying to our grandchildren in 15 years time ,” IF ONLY……………..”

SPDP”A Lemon Twists”

October 14, 2009

A reliable source telephoned audie61 with these news,”Latest Bro. SPDP will see a fight for the Presidency.” Obviously the first question would be ,’Is it Nyarok against Mawan.? No,no,no its going to be the present SG Assistant Minister YB Slyvester Entri challenging Mawan. Also Nyarok will be maintained in the team with Entri as the No.2. This is breaking news as 6 SPDP Nothern divisions met in Miri (AIDA WAS THE PERSON WHO ORGANISED THE DINNER) and THEY HAVE given undivided support to the SG in his fight against the President.

( Latest updated:- Mawan has left to KL to attend the UMNO conference and also to inform Tiong of the latest development according to our source. Meanwhile an SC member told  audie61 on the phone there are a 1001 things which is happening in SPDP which we are not happy with. Seems the battles are beginning and might just  escalate.…)

Immediatedly audie61 swung into action to get feedbacks from the Political Secretaries and Supreme Council members and most of them would not be dragged into this fight and still remains divided in their opinions. A former Pol.Sec however told audie61 that ,”Wait till Friday and it will be more concrete.”

Could the PKFZ scandal be used as a leverage to turn the tables. It seems that  unknown hands are meddling in the affairs of SPDP. Whats more in the local dailies Mawan sounded very firm when he said,”SPDP will discipline any of its members who did or said things that could destabilise the party in the run up to its Triennial Delegates Assembly in December.

It is a known fact that Mawan is very close, infact inseparable from MP Tiong King Sing who is in the centre of the storm and this has greatly affected the reputation of SPDP as Tiong is the Youth Chief/Treasurer and also Chief Financier of SPDP. Mawan also did not mince his words when he said ,”he will come down hard on those challenging the status quo of top leaders come the TGA,and labeeled them as potential troublemakers tot he party.” So who is the trouble maker from within and from outside. There is a LEMON TWISTS EFFECT to all this happening in SPDP.

What is a Lemon twists? Lemon twists are most often used to garnish dry vodka martinis or accompanying espresso, but they can be used with many other drinks. They are used for both flavor and decoration. Some people attempt to cut a twist directly from the lemon. Nyarok was supposed to be challenged by Tiong and now it seems Nyarok has found a new ally in Entri.

The espresso effect has found new friends and whats more with DPM Muhyddin coming out with this statement ,’ He stressed that it is not only Umno which must transform, but also BN component parties.”We must be prepared to carry out an in-depth transformation to reach new heights in understanding.”

The writing is clearly on the wall for those who fail to see the changes and cracks which are appearing in the BN family. From March 8th 2008 BN has been under attack for being too complacent and at times too arrogant for the people to accept  and thus the Voters turned their backs on the BN administration.

SPDP needs to put their house in order as Sarawak State elections is around the corner and there are already indications that new faces are fast appearing to be the new BN candidates in order to ensure BN stays in power in Sarawak. Though the opposition parties are under wraps with too much infighting BN Sarawak will be under no illusion that all is vey well. Though the CM says 60 seats are assured the BN administration will be on their toes as when its TOO CALM an EXTRA-ORDINARY TSUNAMI might just happen.

The PKFZ scandal has in fact put SPDP in the limelight and with these turn of events LEMON TWISTSand HIDDEN HANDS being involved it seems we are in for some interesting political changes in Sarawak in the coming months.

d34b9f9cbce9bf7a77351a80c6a43738

Its the day after or aftermath when one can really sit down and assess and even start pointing fingers at where the fault lies. For the victors it will be a number of celebraty dinners to thank supporters and friends for a hard earned victory. This Malaysiakin report in which PAS vice-president Salahuddin Ayub said,”"Pakatan is not doing enough” reflects the mood of the whole country and he nailed it right into the heart of the Pakatan machinery.

United we achieved and Divided we fall ” and this proverb should not be taken too lightly by all the political parties in Malaysia. We have earlier written that Najib has taken a leaf from his old man Tun Razak by signalling a change in the system of governance in BN. He did not disregard the older BN coalition parties but embark on more freshness in allowing the mushrooming of New Political /NGOs friendly to BN.

The Indians who were divided by MIC politics found new paltforms to be part and parcel of Najibs administration and gain some inroads. PAS Vice President even said this,’ Now, they are not all for the BN government but I would say that their support (Indians)is not as solid as it was in the last election.”

Do we need to drool on the higher majority by UMNO in the byelection in N31..? Isa is a popular leader and he is very attached to his grassroots and also the wave of invicibility of Pakatan is now wafer thinned with too much bickering amongst the Pakatan caolition. The aspiring politician who mentioned to audie61 said ,”Lets just take the N31 and N56 in Sarawak as an example.”

No one is really talking about the other seats besides these two. Why..? Could it be that these two seats have greater significance than the rests..? Surely, both are seats by supposedly Iban leaders in their own right with one seat N31 Jabu who is DCM and also Deputy PBB President and the other N56 James who is Land Minister and President of PRS. N31 LAYAR (7415) Alfred Jabu Anak Numpang (BN-PBB) andN56 Baleh (9731) Dr. James Jemut Masing (BN-PRS) Could both of them be as good as Isa who commands high respect from his very own grassroots and constituents?

Both these seats will see a challenge as PKR feels that wrestling at least one of the two will signal a major change in the mindset for the Ibans community. A new leader will arise and for the victor it will be a major scalp and a meaningful one. Giant killer is their aim and in the Sarawak whirlwind two names are highly placed forward and both will pack a big body blow plus a knock out punch.

Could the Sarawak tsunami be like the GE12 where some major political personalities suffered big setback .? Its very calm on the surface but it seems underneath it all there is a major revival of a revisit of Ming Court 1987 in the offing. Its a well workedout strategy by the some Sarawak opposition strategists and the FALLEN Top leaders will mean a nasty crack in the seams for the Sarawak BN .

The two names on offer as their machinery are already on the ground with frequent visits back to the constituencies are both former PBDS members. It is of no secret that one of them is George Lagong while the other is Tedewin Ngumbang Datu. Both are stacking up their coffers and are both independantly overseeing their operations. Money is not a problem for both these two aspiring candidates and they will give the incumbents more than a HEADACHE.

These comments from dayakbaru website ,”BN loudest critic in cyberspace, Tedewin Ngumbang, ironically continued campaigning for PRS at the height of election. He too showed me his undivided loyalty to Masing when the effort to pit Joe Entulu against his president intensified. Comically, Tedewin still harbour a hope of contesting against PBB deputy president Alfred Jabu in Layar. May be to go in winning some funding. He got nothing to lose. If he lost, it is expected knowing Jabu popularity in the area. If he win, he can boast about it until the day he died.

Even in elections the masterstroke is needed to gauge the sentiments of the voters and to which end they will swing. An innsider from George Lagongs camp said,” He will certainly offer himself as a candidate to ensure that James does not win uncontested.” The signals are already there for the opposition to make an approach as George has proven in the last Parliamentary elections he really gave sleepless nights to the BN candidate in Ulu Rejang. He does not pull out of a fight and when he makes up his mind very few people can stop him.

He certainly knows his bearings as he has served as a Director of Operations in this area for James in his early years. Is it the master versus the student?  The writing is on the wall and George and Tedewin has weight out all the options and the fiery road ahead for them. Both of them will go into the next State elections scheduled in 2011 as underdogs but they will offer more than their BARK.

The political climate is certainly changing daily in Sarawak and it really needs something really unusual or unexpected to change the whole BN Sarawak team. They will be more casualties in the WARDS  this time round eventhough the CM predicted at least 60 seats which are more or less secured.

His predictions will come true if the present YBs suddenly change their stripes and if also they are dropped for FRESHER AND ACCEPTABLE CANDIDATES. It remains to be seen but the ground control is shifting in some areas without BN hierarchy even noticing.  The cyberspace provides a new avenue though in rural Sarawak BN will have the upperhand. In the afermath of N31 Tian Chua PKR strtegists said this,”Usually in rural areas, the people are more susceptible to BN’s money politics. However, it has been proven that such tactics do not work in urban areasThe poorer ones are less educated and more susceptible to material gains and intimidation.”

Could the opposition propaganda work up a tsunami for Sarawak or will BN just turn a blind eye and coast through? George and Tedewin certainly needs to have a few lessons and spent some  tuition fees to learn from Isa……Remember both these constituencies are in the RURAL AREAS

A political watcher hinted to Natasha of audie 61 to view the report in Malaysiakini in which it said{ Jeff Ooi should apologise} and in it Halim said{ Jeff Ooi is known for his arrogance}. Surely apologising is not one of his trait. But he must learn that JIM is an organisation that he cannot just trample on and nothing happens. If he wants to be a politician in multiracial and multicultural society than he has to learn humility. Insulting organisations is not as the same as insulting individuals

DOES IT MEAN THAT ….  { It really goes to show now that once the individual ascends the so called throne of Yang Berhormats their mentality, character, personality and intellectual levels are up one notch and they SUDDENLY have got their feet off the ground..} But it must be noted that one bad apple does affect the whole bunch and this is what BN or Pakatan leaders needs to CHECK THE ARROGANCE THERMOMETERS of their respective YBs or else in this day and age they will be blown away in the NEXT ELECTIONS.

THE Voters nowaways are TOO STREET SMART with the availability and advancement of superior technological savvy tools at a touch of a button.

audie 61 says  ( AT THE END OF IT ALL ITS YOUR CALL WITH A MARK AT WHICH SYMBOL TO PICK YOUR YBs or MPs…………………………) Are we correct, correct, correct…?

In 1987 this song by Bananarama British girl’s pop group of the 80’s “I Heard a rumour” was on everyone’s lips as one will say to each other,Ah ha I heard A……” Today in Astro Mixed FM every morning 8 am-8.30am there is M$100 to be won if you have “I heard A rumour” spin in which the deejays will determine whether your rumour can be substantiated and enough to convince the Malaysian public.

What was considered a rumour wherby SPDP No.2 man to be challenged seemingly is taking shape as it is already and successfully coverd by the main stream media today. Yesterday after being informed by our sources that it is already 99% certain that “Tiong will take on Nyarok for the No.2 ” we went a step further by clarifying with a very close  aide of Nyarok.

It was late afternoon around 4.30pm  29th July 2009 when we managed to track down the aide and spoke to him. This is an excerpt from our conversation,” Its a rumour where some people are trying to instigate Tiong to go against Nyarok vice versa. These two YBs are the bests of friends eventhough they might have some arguments here and there. It’s only natural” . Of course there is more to that now that some Hidden Hands are in play to push and oust Tiong out of the picture.

We were informed that instructions has been delivered and with” to be followed ” to certain YBs to derail and neutralise Tiongs ever growing influence and to stop him at all costs. It was already agreed that the TDC scheduled for the 20th and 21st of November 2009 in Kuching and to be declared open by PM Najib that the Top Posts will see Mawan maintaining his grip. He will not be challenged.

What choices does that leave Nyarok ? Does he just relinquish his posts for Tiong and himself be left high and dry? In other words his political office is just as good as over if he does not carry out the instructions. Our sources has also informed us that while No.1 posts is compromised/arranged  No.1 must not take sides in the battle for No.2.(that’s the DEAL in place)

No.2 battle is now open for grabs as Nyarok knows he is looking at the WALL OF HIS FUTURE IN SARAWAK POLITICS. Who then is behind all this scheming and dealing with Nyarok for him even to contemplate going against the hands that used to feed him.Is Nyarok looking further than being “handsomely rewarded” or is there “ONLY ONE ROAD OUT“

Moreover Nyarok stance on the merger issue between SPDP/PRS has somewhat soften and Tiong was really angry that his ‘mouthpiece’ Nyarok is leaning and somewhat agreeable towards the merger. Tiong puts it very bluntly to the SC to likening to the phrase .”Don’t think that once you have crossed the bridge you can burn it.”

Nyarok’ s man has also unknowingly uttered words that has got to Tiongs ears that Tiong holds too many positions in Youth Chief,Treasurer and Vice President. If you were Tiongs man what would you do? The ripples have provided more than an opportunity to the Hidden Hands to move in and ensure that Tiong is thoroughly checked .

What is interesting is that there are certain individuals speculated to be against the idea of the merger and with Nyarok being challenged it seems the rumour of Entulu taking on No1 in PRS has again resurfaced. We receive smses ,”Its confirmed from Bintulu that now YB Liwan and Mp Billy has switched camps and are banging on MP Entulu to take on YB James Masing. Now the question remains,” Is the Walikota Kapit Philimon Nuing or Pol.Sec Wilson Uggak with James or Entulu.?” If both goes James has losts his grip on the Rejang Basin and he will fear the worst says a political science analyst.

We say as always,”The political battles within SPDP/PRS will continue . audie61 ground crew have said,”I heard a rumour…” Can you believe us now..???”

Updated 28th July :- Sms sent to Secretary General of PRS- Wilfred Nissom.Thank God and Glad there is no burning of PAS Flags. We are better than that.

Updated 28th July 9.30am- Headlines “Gathering to burn PAS flags put off, says PRS man. The full story can be seen in Todays Borneo Post Article page 12. Was this our timely intervention with our article and thus someone politically connected with the Prime Minister’s department raised the ALARM BELLS. Thank God or else all Hell would have broken loose.

Last Friday before I posted the article on ” Wanita PKR Sarawak- A New Dawn” I asked PRS Batu Lintang Wanita Chief and Treasurer are they ready if chosen at an instant to stand for the coming elections. Of course, they said we are in politics not only to serve and fight for the party but also groomed to take over. In my article I mentioned ,” PRS has yet to field any wanita candidate but it is speculated by PRS members that the current Wanita chief Doris Brodie is being groomed to be a candidate. How ironic it is today she seems to grab the headlines and suddenly appears? Something is brewing and are they any connections to the New Dawn?

This is what she said in the Sunday Borneo Posts,’

Expressing anger over Hadi’s remarks about Batang Ai voters recently, Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) women chief Doris Sophia Brodie said yesterday the remarks reflected the type of leaders PAS and PR have.

“Obviously, PAS and Pakatan are not ethnic-sensitive, thus they can forget about making their existence felt in Sarawak especially in Dayak dominant areas. On top of that, it is such remarks that stir racial tension,” she said.

“I think what Hadi said should hit the nail squarely for Dayak opposition leaders. Clearly, Pakatan and PAS do not have them or the Dayak at heart, to them the Dayaks are just to make the numbers and their laughing stock.

In this respect, she said the PRS women of Batang Ai, Simanggang and Bukit Begunan divisions would come out in full force to support PRS Batang Ai youth in its plan to burn PAS flags in Engkilili town todayk.

We are at bests trying to STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS ISSUE AS POSSIBLE. However,we know that a fire would not have started  if the sparks are not lighted.Sarawak Wanita Chiefs from PKR/DAP/PAS/SNAP should not only stay silent on this issue as the Wanita Chief from PRS  has already lashed out. Recently joined PKR former MCA leader Chua Jui Meng would be telling you all,” A Politician is not a Politician if she/he keeps quiet.”

We received a number of smses but this from a senior a dayak leader and a former high ranking civil officer which will be open to your interpretations ,”Mrng bro.what Hadi meant was, dyks hv cawat political mentality.f u say dyks r well clothed 2 refer 2 hadi’s statement, once again hadi n d rest will laugh at n deride even phd educated dyk pol leaders ENDA NEMU RETI JAKO SINDIR“

Burning FLAGS please, please, please I don’t buy that. It’s like Hooliganism in football where rival Fans taunt each other by burning flags on the terraces. Who has come out with this idea.? This is POLITICS AND NOT FOOTBALL.The person who has even initiated this idea let alone carry it out should be TAKEN AWAY and PUT IN JAIL AS THIS IS NOTORIOUSLY EVIL THOUGHT.

audie61 seriously take this as an attempt to instigate a TRULY EXPLOSIVE situation. It’s uncalled for even by PRS Batang Ai Youth. PM ’s department and the authorities concerned should seriously look into this very  MINDLESS AND THOUGHTLESS  POLITICAL ACT.

IN Malaysia we have enough problems with death and we do not need our political strategists from any political party be it BN/PAKATAN to even think of this. This will eventually lead to  even worse scenario. It only takes someone to singlehandedly take it a step higher,”TORCH PAS HEADQUARTERS” Then what will happen?

PM Najib we do not need to be reminded of the Brixton,Guildford,Manchester nor Liverpool riots where cities just burn through the night for seven to ten nights in the 80’s. (150 buildings damaged,30 burned down)

We say as always,”Politics is politics, but do not take it overboard and it will turn ugly and the whole country suffers. The country is already suffering economically and we do not need another FLAG BURNING THOUGHT to aggravate the precarious and fluid political situation.
