Cindy of audie61 writes from Sabah saying that she has received an sms that Jan 15th is the hearing of Tan Sri Kurups case which was scheduled today has been postponed. The “little light” of a by-election in Sabah is still on and most people are eagerly awaiting for the hearing. Pensiangan awaits the decision of the Federal court in Putrajaya.

BN candidate Wan Ahmad Farid himself has pledged to continue Razali’s legacy, such as by continuing free tuition classes for the underprivileged.PAS, on the other hand, seeks to highlight Razali’s image as a ‘clean’ politician in a corrupt party who was eventually ostracised and sidelined for refusing to succumb to vote buying in the party polls.
Even PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang, another speaker at the beach-side ceramah last night, waxed lyrical on Razali’s ‘clean’ image. “I’m very appreciative of Razali. He is like us. If he is still alive, he would have joined our party,” he declared.
Meanwhile in Kuching,Sarawak the organising committee has been very busy in their preparations and has not left any stones unturned. A lot of members were seen coming in and out of the Stampin Division headquarters and carrying out their assigned duties as the function is only two days away. Even the persistent rain did not deter their spirits.

To quote one Malaysian whom I am very proud of and he is YB Lim Kit Siang or Uncle LKS..when he spoke in one of the ceramahs in Kuala Trengganu by-election which will be held on January 17 2009.
YB LKS says..the issue at stake is whether the changes started by the March 8 political tsunami last year should be pressed on or be blocked and even reversed.
The issue at stake in the January 17 by-election is not so much about PAS candidate or even PAS, but the larger question was whether after over half a century of UMNO hagemony, the voters in Trengganu would endorse greater changes and democratization in all aspects of Malaysians national life to take full advantage of Malaysia’s multi-racial. multi-lingual, multi-cultural and multi-religious diversities to build a united, harmonious, progressive and prosperous Malaysia guided by the principle of justice, freedom, accountability and integrety.
Malaysians in the states of Sabah and Sarawak where these two states will serve as the platform for PAKATAN RAKYAT to launch the takeover and control of our government, should take heed of this strong message and press on with the political tsunami of March 8 2008 by voting out BN regardless of which parties or candidates in PAKATAN RAKYAT have been chosen to fight BN in all the state and parliamentary constituencies.
I hope by now Strategists from PR have been given the task and mandate to map out the “war plan” to trounce BN in every nooks and corners of Sabah and Sarawak and put an end to UMNO hegemony.
So guys spend your weekends and holidays wisely from now on and go back to your kampungs and longhouses to bring this message of hope and to build up the courage of your folks and help them make a decisive CHANGE for a better nation for ourselves and children.

He has landed on Monday around 7.45 pm together with his family. Will be around for at least 18 months and only leave after the election.

understand that how about people from rural area(Bintulu) to still intent to giving support and keep in asking which party to be chose.pls look around before BN giving a sweet and saccharin promise.I mean that is Bintulu sarawak people.use a silent bullet

“PAKATAN RAKYAT” ahhhh semua orang tahu !!!!!!BN tak payah nak tau ,telalu lama rakyat memberi peluang bagi mereka untuk memperjuangkan diri sendiri.kita habuk pun ta da;;;;nah tukar aje….tak apa 5 tahun kita boleh tukar balik kalau tak cun.ini bagi pengajaran .tapi i nak cakap pkr leader cubalah sekali gi jumpa rakyat Bintulu ,tgok respond. i rasa kalah obama .memang goncang satu dunia.tapi jgn lupa bagi borang ke ahlian,photostate banyak2 tak rugi punya.

Strategi rampas Sarawak adalah taktik ala komando perang arahan JENERAL, sya setuju bhwa nga usah habiskan energi di Sabah yang masih mo Parvez Musharaf berkuasa di Sabah. Biarkan Sabah dulu. Orang datuk Pairin bilang belum lagi dpt projek BN.
Tapi jika Sarawak jatuh, dgn sendiriny aBN Sabah akan menyerah kekuasaan kpd PR. Moga taktik ini berjaya mengakhiri cengkaman Kerajaan BN.
