So the Home Ministry has taken actions against HINDRAF. PRS embroiled in leadership since May 2006 is officially recognised by State and Federal BN but there is NO OFFICIAL LETTER to recognise which camp is legitimate? The simple reason is that till today there is still too many GREY AREAS. One involves the secretary general,secondly the registered office,thirdly the approved (Form 9) divisions. WHY..? HOW..? WHAT..? It’s TRUE and the authorities still casts a BLIND EYE. This is a POLITICAL solution but not a Constitutional fight says a BN YB and of course he is right and isn’t this another bullying tactic which in itself is bad for Barisan National.

Wilfred when asked on how the Malaysiakini report has affected James he just said Sidi is a “nobody” and a “natural spoiler”.He even says that he knows Sidi since the 70’s and he spoils whatever he participates in. Wah..? Lets get this staight too. Mong Dagang did say also that Simanggang division is a DEFUNCT DIVISION. Hmmmmm,why is this so as divisions signed by Sidi Munan and Larry are not recognised. Only those signed by Wilfred and through Pending Headquarters are treated as divisions. Simanggang Division Chairman ex-MP Jimmy Donald is a bitter political enemy of Dr James as he has aligned himself with Larry as his so-called Deputy President.

Political solutions yes,yes,yes BUT we need it in writing and please do check that the registered office of Batu Lintang and official receipt is 1994-04-15/N112044/03-5. Are we DEFUNCT too? If we are Party Rakyat Sarawak might as well CLOSE SHOP. What about Pelagus? Is it defunct? Is he not YB for Pelagus-Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister? The extracted article,” 19 out of 28 Parti Rakyat Sarawak Divisional leaders turned up at the Green Heights Party Headquarters as a follow up of their earlier meeting on 8th April 2008. Two main points came out from this mornings 2 hours meeting in that there are still to receive namely 1. A written letter from ROS who is the “Legal President of PRS”. 2. In respect of a confirmation from the Registrar of Societies on 7th September 2006 of YB Datuk Sri James Masings Jemut Masings violation of Article VIII(15) (b) of the constitution of PRS.
The Divisional leaders also stressed their support for YB Larry Sng Wei Shien as the legitimate President unless ROS rules otherwise. The 8th of April 2008 letter contains amongst which the ROS to produce in writing a decision that is whether it is Dr.James or Larry as president of PRS. As of now the Green Heights headquarters have yet to receive a reply of any sort from the Registrar of Societies.
There was also a strong worded statement in,” that the decision one way or another from ROS will stop the confusion at the grassroots level and the perception of the public.” Furthermore it will allow the members to move on and think of their own political futures.
Is Party Rakyat Sarawak in a QUAGMIRE.??? ONLY you Registrar of Societies can decide the fate of the party.

I would say, the infighting suits the powers that be.
A fragmented native base political platform weakens the community and as such, PRS, SPDP is playing into the hands of UMNO and PBB.
I honestly do not know what Senior Sng wants and I do not know why the Dayak Community plays o his tune.
Hey he is shunned by many in KL’s Corridor of Power and seems the Dayaks are courting him and treating him like a Paramount Chief in sheeps clothing.
Closing shop is not the solution.
It is either a merger or joining Keadilan, DAP or their platform PKR. By closing ranks, and more so if you want to cut off Sng’s hand in party affairs, than join PKR.
