Mohd Saiful was seen for the first time in public after his sodomy allegations against Anwar (former DPM)

Private investigator Balasubramaniam today retracted all statements that he had made about Najib’s(DPM) alleged involvement with Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu in his statutory declaration dated July 1 2008

In a letter written to Malaysiakini by Kenneth http://www.malaysiakini.com/letters/85582 he has “Near Impossible to Prove Anwar guilty and todays breaking news just before brunch for those who missed breakfast Balasubramaniam again hogged the news. http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/85552.

We are playing with (2) two’s. Strange though, but at this present moment Malaysia’s dirty linen is hung in the public. The world awaits what is going to unfold next week after the weekends fuel hike protest scheduled for the 6th of July. The two pictures with two different personalities and characters has had Malaysians going through a roller coaster ride.

You’ve had your say, your assumptions, your suspicions but take a good look at these (2) photoshoots and live to tell a tale……(former DPM Anwar going for office scheduled Sept 16th, DPM Najib waiting for succession date..their quest in the two hands of these two man.)  We can’t rewrite if we try to again. Is there a double (2)conspiracy..? Are we all obsessed by all these happenings…?  Let’s have a reality check……

Malaysiakini portal had lawyer Americk Singh Sidhu denied that private investigator P Balasubramaniam affirmed his first sworn statement under duress. The full report:- http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/85592 We had earlier said Balasubramaniam might face charges of Perjury and know the police says they will investigate both statutory declarations. Its all getting out of hand and Malaysia’s laws are a butt of all jokes at this present time. We suggest to the police investigators but it might not be accepted for Balasubramaniams case. Let’s give it a try:-

  1. Two contrasting statements in two days. Get both lawyers in the interrogation rooms.
  2. Fly in Her Majesties Famed Scotland Yard to assist.(will be baffled though as Malaysia boleh)
  3. In the interrogation they will not only need a CCTV but also a brain specialist (haha)
  4. A lie detector machine should be hooked up to Bala. (lie give him a shock, new improved machine)

We try to be as innovative as possible but even when we try to use all our knowledge of political science this Bala case tops it all. He is using the laws of the jungle to save his very skin. What Private Investigator a retired army major asked..? No need anymore,as this “career now” will be shameful to even utter. Its politics we all say but Malaysia’s way. What then is the gospel truth..? Are we keeping our options open..?Don’t be fooled next time………………Go get a P.I. haha

Lawyers were quick to point out that our Malaysia’s judicial system is not at risks. The person who does about turn will be done for perjury and charged with the Penal code. Perjury is a crime (also called forswearing ) is the act of lying or making verifiably false statements on a material matter under oath or affirmation in a court of law or in any of various sworn statements in writing. You make up your own mind as to what is happening…? Has the political damage been done..? or is this just a well scripted plot..?

Balasubramaniam a/l Perumal

Malaysiakini  carried a report of a shock statement form Balasubramaniam which reads and copied for all to see :- http://www.malaysiakini.com/news/85552 . These “news” caps it all says a political analyst. He should have disappeard from the scene or be in a safe house. Also they say maybe he is being intimidated especially his close family and relatives. We are really watching the ” Circus in Town ” in Malaysia. There is more to come as politics is so fluid at the moment.

Below source from Malaysiakini the report:-

Private detective P Balasubramaniam today retracted his stunning statutory declaration which had linked Deputy Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to murdered Mongolian Altantuya Shaariibuu.
The said declaration also had claims that Najib had a sexual relationship with Altantuya and that he was the one who had introduced Altantuya to Abdul Razak Baginda.

Balasubramaniam said that he was forced to make the declaration under duress. At a press conference in a hotel in Kuala Lumpur this morning, he produced a new statutory declaration.

Missing from the new statutory declaration were references of Najib having a sexual relationship with Altantuya nor of Najib being the person who allegedly introduced Abdul Razak to the Mongolian woman.

Also with the PI this morning was his new lawyer. His other lawyer, Americk Sidhu, who was with him yesterday was unaware of the latest development. The press conference is still underway.

Yesterday Balasubramaniam made shocking revelations that he had heard from Abdul Razak himself on the links between Najib and Altantuya.

But today he said that he wanted to withdraw the first statutory declaration filed on July 1 and replace it with the new one which he revealed today.

“I wish to retract the first declaration. I was compelled to affirm the July 1 declaration under duress,” he said. He however did not reveal who forced him to affirm the first declaration.

Balasubramaniam was hired by Abdul Razak to deal with Altantuya in 2006 when she started ‘harassing’ the former head of think-tank and a close confidant of Najib.
