SAPP receives “show-cause” letter

An informed source says that SAPP headquarters today receive the showcause letter from Barisan National. The letter was to ask why action should not be taken against SAPP under article 14 of the Barisan Constitution. Party souces says they have 30 days to respond and they will call for a supreme council soon to discuss the matter.
SAPP was in the news from June 18th when the 2 SAPP MPs issued statements that they have losts confidence in the leadership of the Prime Minister YAB Dato Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
